She is friendly, has excellent communication and put my worries at ease straight away by sending frequent pics and videos interacting with my usually very shy kitty over the 10 days I was away. I returned home to a happy and relaxed cat, a very well taken care of house and even my bins placed on the curb ready for rubbish collection the next morning. She was so kind to my cat Mabel and so dedicated to providing the service I hired her for, she came back a couple of times when the job couldn’t be completed which she wasn’t expected to do (but I very much appreciated it).
