"Hands down the best pet sitter ever!I cannot recommend Aiye enough! She watched our four furbabies—our two big dogs (Anika and Bentley) and our two cats (Kobi and Aki)—from July 15th to 21st while we were away in Bali for our wedding.
Leaving our pets for a trip that huge was super stressful, but Aiye gave me complete peace of mind. She sent photos and videos every single day, was always super easy to reach, and answered any texts right away. Seeing those updates while away was such a massive relief.From our very first meetup, all four of our pets clicked with her instantly. She genuinely loved them, picked up on their little personalities right away, and catered to their every need.She followed our routine to a T! Managing our setup isn't simple. Our dogs are outdoors only and our cats are strictly indoors. She handled feeding perfectly, keeping our big food-thief Anika over in the car porch area while Bentley got to take his sweet time eating on the decking. She also looked after the cats' feeder, water, and litter without missing a beat. Aiye goes SO far above and beyond. At one point, our youngest cat Aki decided to hide behind the TV. Aiye spent her entire visit searching for him to make sure he was okay. I literally told her she could go home and I’d just check our indoor cameras later to see when he came out, but she refused to leave until she actually found him herself! She left the house absolutely spotless. We adore her and her husband so much that we told them to help themselves to drinks and snacks and kick back with the TV while visiting.To be honest, I trust her with my pets when I don't even feel comfortable leaving them with family (besides my sister!). I will 100% be hiring her every single time we travel from now on. You truly couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with your animals!"

"Seeun was an exceptional cat sitter. She is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring, and took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, with daily visits over three weeks.
She was always reliable and communicated consistently, sending us plenty of photos and updates each day. Luna quickly became comfortable with Seeun and clearly loved the attention and care she received. Seeing their photos together gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
When we returned, Luna was happy and well cared for, and our home was spotless. We’re so grateful to have found Seeun, and we’ve already rebooked her for our next trip. We highly recommend Seeun to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Katie! She did an incredible job looking after our cats while we were away — giving them plenty of care and attention, and keeping us updated throughout. She was also wonderfully flexible when our travel dates changed, which made things so much easier for us. It was such a relief knowing our cats were in good hands, and we came home to two very happy (and well-looked-after!) pets. "Courtney is the absolute Rolls-Royce of pet sitters, without question. I’ve tried a few when Courtney hasn’t been available at short notice and the service, love, attention and and care provided is honestly night and day. Not to take away from other sitters at all, as they did everything they said they would which was my expectation, but Courtney has always gone far above and beyond and her comms and consistency are always 11/10 and so, so far above expectations. I won’t give spoilers or expectations but Courtney has other amazing talents that existing customers will know, and new may be so happy to discover.
Courtney has truly bonded so well with my skittish cat over the years and built trust and it didn’t take years at all - after their first meeting (gratuitously provided by Courtney, again showing her genuine care for my little bears security and mutual comfort under her watch) I knew very well the bear was at ease and very comfortable in her care. I’ve been re-booking Courtney for about 3 years now and if Courtney’s unavailable I actually reconsider my plans where possible because she knows my bear inside out - which has all been Courtney’s doing and proactivity while I’ve been away on several occasions, which just instills my confidence and trust in her more and more each time.
Courtney is extremely thorough, thoughtful, insightful, patient, caring, and always keeps you in the loop. Even when we’re only away for two days - Courtney has the ability to make us feel like we’re still at home, with our little bear, and when we come home he reacts like we were never gone. Is that because he’s a cat and doesn’t care? Possibly. Does he adore Courtney? Yes. "
