"We reached out to Suha last moment for pet sitting our cat as we were going out of town in the next 2 days and she was so nice and did consider it. She came to our place next day, bonded with our cat , gave her pets to make her feel comfortable. On the visit day, she gave her food, pets and spent time with her.
It was a great experience having her as our pet sitter and we will definitely consider her for our next outings too."

"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.
Will definitely be using Jenna again - and recommending her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. "

"I would give Terri more stars if possible! She is an absolutely fantastic pet sitter and went well out of her way to take care of my 2yr old cat for a week.
My until recently very healthy cat was diagnosed with FIC only 3 weeks prior to my having to go interstate for family reasons.
He had seemed to be over his flare up for a week but then a couple of days prior to my going he seemed to be having another one. Terri had come to collect keys and I gave her the option of opting out (given this wasn't what she had initially agreed to) but she said no. She was happy to give him his medications and watch him closely while I was away.
Unfortunately he didn't settle and after 24hrs of not eating or being able to get his medications into him she called me to discuss next steps.
I had organised with the local vet to board him if a backup was required and so Terri and I decided this was the best option.
She caught him (not easy) and put him in his carrier and took him to the vet for me. She then waited with him for the vet to check he wasn't critical and then for a further health check and with my agreement signed the consent form to keep him there.
She then went and visited him at the vets twice a day to check on him and to take him some of his toys and his blanket from home.
She was amazing and kept in constant contact sending me pics, videos and keeping me updated.
I would have been incredibly stressed if she hadn't been so kind and caring with him and the vet told me that Terri's visits had helped my cat a lot.
I can't say enough kind things about her, she was wonderful and Sid really liked her. She also took great care of me if I'm honest and helped me to stay calm and know that all involved were looking after my sweet little man.
I want to rate her 50 stars for doing an amazing job! :) "

"Tanya did a wonderful job looking after our 3 dogs for 12 days. She provided updates and photos for every visit and one night when there was a big storm she came over to check on them. We couldn’t be more impressed with her care and kindness towards our dogs

"Niamh was an amazing cat sitter! Our cat ended up getting quite ill while we were away, and she recognised that he wasn’t himself and called straight away so we could get him to the vet. Our other cat was a fan of her as well. Feel very safe leaving our cats in her care. Would definitely recommend and would happily have her back when we need a sitter again 🫶"

"Kylie went above and beyond when looking after my fur baby. I received updates and pictures every day letting me know that all was ok. Kylie administered medicine, fed and watered and took Tilly for a walk. Kylie is trustworthy and I want to thank her so much for the care she gave to Tilly. I would highly recommend Kylie to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter and hopefully I can utilise her services again."

"My v timid cat Sid makes himself very sick with stress and anxiety if he is left at home with just pet feeder visits, so I now send him to my local vets to board when I am away.
I asked Nicholas to do one visit to the vet per day for a week just to give him some attention and get him out and walking around the surgery a bit to stretch his legs. The vet nurses take great care of him but they also have lot's of other things they need to do so I wanted Sid to have some extra visits.
Nic was great with him and understood that as a v shy cat it would take a little time for him to warm up to a new visitor.
He kept me updated after each visit as to how he was doing and was really good with him.
I would very much recommend getting Nic to mind your cat when you are away, he is conscientious and friendly and understands cats that may be, shall we say a bit 'eccentric' :)
