"Nickea and Hayden were absolutely wonderful pet sitters. They took such great care of our cat and gave us regular updates throughout our time away, including lovely photos and videos that really put our minds at ease. "It was our first experience with a pet sitter and we are so glad to have found Jenny. Our cat Bruce doesn’t like to be alone, he is also scared of strangers. We were looking for someone who could win his trust and Jenny did her job 100%. Jenny covered all Bruce’s needs and also was really nice to communicate with, Jenny has really positive and calm vibes, and we needed it as we were quite nervous to leave Bruce. We highly recommend Jenny and also hope to use her services again. "

"Renee cared for our two Russian Blue cats for just over two weeks. She visited them daily, feeding them, changing their litter, and playing with them for a little while. We received regular updates on how they were going, including lots of photos of our much loved kitties. Receiving the photos made us feel so comfortable about leaving our pets in Renee's care. When we returned home today, our cats were contented and healthy. As if we hadn't even been away! Renee had also left a lovely card on our kitchen counter thanking us for letting her care for our cats and she also left a small treat for the kitties. Wow.....our pleasure Renee! We would highly recommend using Renee to care for your pets.
As feedback for Pawshake, we have used a cattery before leaving our two cats in care for two weeks. One of them did not make it home, dying in the cattery at only four years old. Pawshake carers provide the ability for our cats to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, in safety, with dedicated attention. Thank you!"

"Lorraine did an excellent job looking after my cat Kevin while I was away. It was my first time using a cat sitter, so I was a bit unsure at first, but Lorraine made the whole experience very easy and reassuring. She sent several photos every day, which really helped put my mind at ease and showed how well Kevin was being cared for. Kevin was relaxed and happy when I got home, which says a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Lorraine again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter."

"Kate has been amazing in taking care of my 10 year old hand raised galah (Budy), while I was away for 2 days. Kate had provided me with regular updates throughout the duration of her stay, which was comforting.
Budy is an anxious parrot and does not do well when I’m away, but I came home to him being calm and playful and not distressed at all! I would highly recommend Kate as a pet sitter for anyone looking for genuine care for their pets 🥰"

"Mary-Anne and her little one did a fantastic job of taking care of our cat Gracie for two weeks. We booked five visits and each time Mary-Anne left detailed messages with lots of photos. "Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "
