"Donna-Marie was an AMAZING catsitter. She took care of our cats for a week and we couldn't have imagined someone better for our quite shy babies. She doesn't only show up to take care of your cats' basic necessities (food, water, litter)- she goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable in her care. We really saw how much time and energy she put into every one of her visits, taking time to play with them, talk to them, and earn her trust. We received lots of pictures and videos every single day which put us at ease as we've never been away from them for this long. I could not recommend her higher for anyone who is in need of cat care!"

"Julia was super friendly and took great care of Raffy while I was out of town for a couple of days. She even put the dirty litter in the bin! I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter!! Would definitely recommend :)"

"Hongyu looked after my two cats for just over a week while I was overseas, visiting daily to check on them, clean their litter trays, refresh their water, and spend some quality time playing with them so they still had interaction and attention throughout the day.
Throughout my trip, Hongyu was incredibly communicative, reliable, and helpful. Knowing she was checking in on the cats every day gave me real peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my holiday without worrying about what two mischievous cats might get up to when left to their own devices.
I particularly appreciated the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. One of my cats is quite nervous, shy, and wary of strangers, and Hongyu kept me updated on her gradual progress in winning over this particularly stubborn little character. It was wonderful to see both cats becoming more comfortable with her over time.
Hongyu did a fantastic job caring for my cats and treated them with genuine patience and kindness. I would happily recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter, and I will certainly be booking her again in the future."

"Ana was fantastic looking after our cat Smokey during our two week holiday. At first we were a little bit worried about leaving him at home with only visits from a stranger but the worries were put to ease from the moment Ana visited to meet Smokey before our trip. It was clear that not only was she experienced with cats but also keen on forming a connection with our cat. Thanks to her updates and daily photos, we were at ease while overseas and free to enjoy our holiday. Ana also went above and beyond from what was agreed - many of the days she spent extra time with him and even did some cat hair vacuuming on the last day.
If I ever need a pet sitter again in the future, she will be the first person I ask!"

"So lucky to have found Isabelle just before our holiday. Lyra clearly warmed to Isabelle very quickly, despite it being her first time apart from us since we adopted her. And I think, from the daily messages and photographs (a regular morning highlight during our holiday), that the feeling was mutual. Thanks to Isabelle, we've come home to a super happy cat. So glad we chose a pet sitter, rather than put her into a cattery. We'll definitely seek out Isabelle again, next time we're away."

"Marion was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our four bunnies while we were overseas. My partner and I were quite nervous about leaving them behind, but Marion instantly put us at ease with her excellent communication and regular photo updates. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive especially on hot days in Melbourne keeping us informed and making sure our apartment stayed cool and comfortable for the rabbits. We came home to very happy, well-cared-for bunnies and couldn’t be more grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marion to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."

"I genuinely couldn't be happier with the care Amiee provided for Hank while I was away!
Amiee was incredibly reliable, consistent and communicative throughout the entire booking. Every instruction was followed to the letter, the litter tray was spotless, the water was always fresh, and it was clear that the visits involved much more than simply feeding Hank and leaving.
I have a pet camera that alerts me when there is movement, so I could see that Amiee arrived every single day at almost exactly the same time. I'd even offered the option of using his automatic feeder if a different visiting time was more convenient, but Amiee never needed to. That level of consistency and reliability was really reassuring while I was away.
I also really appreciated how respectful Amiee was of my home. Everything was exactly as I'd left it when I returned. I don't think even a couch cushion had moved!
But what impressed me most was how much more settled Hank seemed when I got home. After previous trips, he's spent days wandering around the house yowling whenever he couldn't see me. This time, none of that! He was noticeably more relaxed, which makes me feel that Amiee really did spend quality time with him and helped him feel comfortable and cared for in my absence.
In fact, there was only one day when Amiee messaged to let me know the visit would need to be shorter than usual. I appreciated the transparency, and I was pleasantly surprised by the commitment to spending that time with Hank. I'd honestly never expected someone to be so conscientious about it.
I'm genuinely delighted with the care Amiee provided. It's such a relief to find someone so trustworthy, considerate and dependable, especially when you're leaving a solo cat at home. I wouldn't hesitate to book Amiee again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter!"

"It was our first time using Pawshake and we absolutely scored with Suki - a lovely human and a total cat whisperer. Our cat warmed uo to Suki in 48 hours and was so affectionate (one might say almost more than with us! 😆). Suki is very diligent, a great listener and pays attention to every small detail.
