"Iren has been the best with my little cat! Not only she came to feed her but she also made sure to spend time with my cat, to play with her, she groomed her , but she also made sure to send me videos and pictures to reassure me. Iren also makes sure to reply to every text and is very quick in her response time which is highly appreciated! She really made sure that my cat was well looked after, and I can really see that she cared not only for the animal, but also for the « worried owner »!!! I will for sure book Iren again! "Michelle is highly reliable, punctual and responsible. She absolutely adores cats, so I knew she would respect my cats and treat them properly. We had very open communication, and I felt I could enquire/ask her any concerns I had during my holidays. She also kept me updated on a daily basis. She sent me pictures and videos every day, so I could constantly see how my cats were doing. I was at peace of mind during my holidays knowing Michelle was taking care of my cats. "I was very worried because it was my first time using a pet sitter and I was not used to it. But she eased my worries. She has such a sweet and delicate personality. "Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. "Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Luciana is an excellent pet carer. As a person with anxiety, I was very nervous about leaving my bunny with someone. However, Luciana was the most calm, understanding and respectful towards my needs with cinnamon. She constantly reassured me that cinnamon would be in good hands and well taken care of, and that is certainly true. Luciana made sure that cinnamon was comfortable, got lots of cuddles and even spent time watching tv together. Cinnamon loved Luciana from the first day they met, she was eating and pooping and peeing as normal and even enjoying some new treats, this made me feel at ease
knowing cinnamon was enjoying herself. Luciana really made it easier for me to enjoy my holiday. I definitely recommend Luciana for any pet care needs you have, and I will definitely be booking her services again:) "

"Debbie took care of my 3 furballs while I was overseas. I’m thoroughly impressed with her services! She had been great with communications and provided updates regularly. One of my cats requires special diet, Debbie had supervised each meals until they finished their food, to make sure they aren’t eating the wrong food.
She has also kept the place clean, so I came home to 3 happy cats and worry-free.
