"Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "Iren has been the best with my little cat! Not only she came to feed her but she also made sure to spend time with my cat, to play with her, she groomed her , but she also made sure to send me videos and pictures to reassure me. Iren also makes sure to reply to every text and is very quick in her response time which is highly appreciated! She really made sure that my cat was well looked after, and I can really see that she cared not only for the animal, but also for the « worried owner »!!! I will for sure book Iren again! "Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. "Anna did a fantastic job looking after my somewhat grumpy/anxious cat. Her communication and punctuality was amazing. She sent through multiple pics and videos with every visit and full status report of kitty's activities and gave her a full playtime workout with the laser pointer every visit. "Luciana is an excellent pet carer. As a person with anxiety, I was very nervous about leaving my bunny with someone. However, Luciana was the most calm, understanding and respectful towards my needs with cinnamon. She constantly reassured me that cinnamon would be in good hands and well taken care of, and that is certainly true. Luciana made sure that cinnamon was comfortable, got lots of cuddles and even spent time watching tv together. Cinnamon loved Luciana from the first day they met, she was eating and pooping and peeing as normal and even enjoying some new treats, this made me feel at ease
knowing cinnamon was enjoying herself. Luciana really made it easier for me to enjoy my holiday. I definitely recommend Luciana for any pet care needs you have, and I will definitely be booking her services again:) "

"Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. "Debbie took care of my 3 furballs while I was overseas. I’m thoroughly impressed with her services! She had been great with communications and provided updates regularly. One of my cats requires special diet, Debbie had supervised each meals until they finished their food, to make sure they aren’t eating the wrong food.
She has also kept the place clean, so I came home to 3 happy cats and worry-free.

"Between Mum and I, we have 4 fur-babies (cats), across 2 households. We recently went overseas for 8 days and because our normal pet sitter ended up having her final uni exams, we needed to find someone quickly to cover us. Someone local and who the cats liked! Lorraine came for a meet and greet and I could tell instantly that she was the right person to look after our tribe! Although she had primarily looked after dogs, I could tell she was a true animal lover. She treated them as if they were her own, visiting twice daily for feeding, play time and snuggle time. Her updates and pictures were great, we never had any concerns and everyone looked happy and chilled. We had a flight delay coming home and we were so grateful she was there and able to do an extra visit for peace of mind. For anyone with cats, be they social or a little shy, Lorraine would be a great pet sitter to consider.
