"Wing and her boyfriend took exceptional care of our cats while we were away. We were especially grateful because one of our cats, Wanzi, had been unwell recently and required extra attention and care.
They looked after her with so much patience, kindness, and dedication, making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. They also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear that they genuinely cared about the wellbeing of all our cats, and we came home to happy, relaxed pets. We are incredibly thankful for the love and attention they gave Wanzi during a time when she needed it most.

We came home to a happy, relaxed, and incredibly affectionate kitten - honestly the most cuddly and loving we’ve ever seen her. It was so clear that Belle spent genuine time with her and took amazing care of her emotional wellbeing, not just the basics.

Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.

"Rachel is a wonderful person who genuinely has a deep love of animals. She did daily drop-ins to our home to feed our two cats for a month while we were in Europe. "Angie looked after our cat and fish while we were away for 2 weeks. We were very happy with the experience, and Angie even went out of her way to come back after one of her daily visits to collect a package for us! Our cat got a lot of attention during the visits and was not as needy as usual when we returned. We also got great photos sent to us each day, which gave us peace of mind. We have booked Angie again for our next trip and have no doubt that our cat will be happy to see a familiar face while we are away."
