"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"Zara has been an amazing sitter for our cat Tofu!!! She came to visit before we made the booking, dropping down all the details and habit of Tofu. She getting so well with him, taking great care of him and very responsive while we were away overseas!!! She also very experienced on how to setting along well with a pet in su ch short time too!! "Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats. Her regular updates via WhatsApp on how the kitties were doing gave me great peace of mind when I was overseas. I am very grateful to have Olga care for my cats. "We would like to give our highest recommendation for Loreen.
Loreen was a great communicator from start to finish. She visited our house and then messaged back to confirm all the details that we had discussed. She was very thorough and asked questions I hadn’t even considered, which made me feel so comfortable about leaving access to both our home and cat in her care. Loreen kept me updated with pics throughout our holiday which put me completely at ease and left no wondering if everything was ok back home. Our cat looked very happy, either curled up sleeping and comfortable or enjoying cuddles with Loreen. Loreen should be a pro animal photographer some of the photos were really great!
I found Loreen extremely professional. She immediately had a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort as our cat can be skittish around new people. I genuinely felt that Loreen loves animals and has a deep affection for the animals in her care. She worked hard to ensure our cat was comfortable in our absence. We came home to a very happy cat.
Loreen also watered my beloved plants while we were on holiday. Loreen knew the plant by species and I was delighted to receive an update on their progress as well 😊. I’m so grateful!
Thank you to Loreen for all the update and care. There is no question of Loreen’s trustworthiest and her love of animals. We would highly recommend Loreen! She is a pro and who genuinely loves animals.

"I was very worried because it was my first time using a pet sitter and I was not used to it. But she eased my worries. She has such a sweet and delicate personality. He took care of my cat by taking care of everything, even the things I forgot to mention. My cat has a very sensitive personality, and even that was taken into consideration and cared for. "Highly recommend Amy and the service she provides. We have an eclectic array of animals (frogs, galahs, cats) and she was able to cater to all their needs. Amy kept us updated with pictures and messages over the week we were away to reassure us everything was ok. Even took out the bins and brought in the mail. Excellent service!"

"Pat was great! I was really happy with the service she provided because she made it so easy with her professional approach. After meeting her, I felt that I could rely on her and trust her to look after my two very timid cats. Pat sent me messages everyday I was away, usually with photos, which I really appreciated because then I knew my cats were fine. "Absolutely recommended.
Mayu recently looked after two of my wife and I's cats whilst we were overseas for over a week. This was made more complicated due to the fact that the cats were not yet friendly with each other (so they need to be kept separate), whilst still having their own time to roam around the house. More-so, one cat is on medication, whilst the other is very shy and sensitive.
Mayu was proactive from the beginning about learning about the cats, their routines, their needs, and our needs as owners. She stopped in for a visit prior to the booking in order to meet the cats, review all of the details, and clarify any remaining questions.
Whilst we were away, she provided daily updates on the health and mood of the cats, as well as fantastic photos of them (one of which is now my lock screen photo). She kept the litter boxes clean, fed the cats on a consistent schedule, refilled the water, provided medication, played with the cats, groomed them when possible, and made sure to tidy up after herself. Basically everything you'd want and expect in a cat sitter.
Incredibly, the shy cat came out of her shell, and Mayu was able to give her chin scratches for the final few days. This was a brilliant update to see, as this cat usually takes much longer to feel comfortable with new people, and proves the ability for Mayu to earn trust from cats.
We came back to both of our cats being in good health and happy to see us.
We'll definitely be booking Mayu in the future."
