"It was our first experience with a pet sitter and we are so glad to have found Jenny. Our cat Bruce doesn’t like to be alone, he is also scared of strangers. We were looking for someone who could win his trust and Jenny did her job 100%. Jenny covered all Bruce’s needs and also was really nice to communicate with, Jenny has really positive and calm vibes, and we needed it as we were quite nervous to leave Bruce. We couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care Claudia provided for our three fur babies over the Easter period. She arrived exactly within the agreed timeframes for every visit, took our dog Ollie on his daily walks, and even surprised him with a chew toy to keep him entertained between visits - such a thoughtful touch.
Our cats were equally well looked after, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and even the occasional brush, which they loved. We received daily photo updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and we returned home to find everything exactly as we left it.
Claudia went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals made all the difference. We would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely be booking her again."
