"Renee cared for our two Russian Blue cats for just over two weeks. She visited them daily, feeding them, changing their litter, and playing with them for a little while. We received regular updates on how they were going, including lots of photos of our much loved kitties. Receiving the photos made us feel so comfortable about leaving our pets in Renee's care. When we returned home today, our cats were contented and healthy. As if we hadn't even been away! Renee had also left a lovely card on our kitchen counter thanking us for letting her care for our cats and she also left a small treat for the kitties. Wow.....our pleasure Renee! We would highly recommend using Renee to care for your pets.
As feedback for Pawshake, we have used a cattery before leaving our two cats in care for two weeks. One of them did not make it home, dying in the cattery at only four years old. We couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care Claudia provided for our three fur babies over the Easter period. She arrived exactly within the agreed timeframes for every visit, took our dog Ollie on his daily walks, and even surprised him with a chew toy to keep him entertained between visits - such a thoughtful touch.
Our cats were equally well looked after, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and even the occasional brush, which they loved. We received daily photo updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and we returned home to find everything exactly as we left it.
Claudia went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals made all the difference. We would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely be booking her again."

"Rivka was great to work with. From pre-visit run through to daily photos. She took great care of our 4 animals in her visits and communicated early. Our older doggo needed daily medication which Rivka assisted, plus some calming (natural) medication for NYE.
Thank you Rivka for also watering our plants! Not sure they would have survived. Thanks again Amanda & Ian"

"It was our first experience with a pet sitter and we are so glad to have found Jenny. Our cat Bruce doesn’t like to be alone, he is also scared of strangers. We were looking for someone who could win his trust and Jenny did her job 100%. Jenny covered all Bruce’s needs and also was really nice to communicate with, Jenny has really positive and calm vibes, and we needed it as we were quite nervous to leave Bruce. "I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
