During our time away, Zoe took impeccable care of both our house and our dog. We returned to a home that was just as we left it – tidy, secure, and well-maintained. More importantly, our dog was clearly happy, healthy, and incredibly well-cared for.

"Lou was a wonderful second mum to our two cats while we were away on our honeymoon. She sent us daily updates of their antics, with pics and full reports, including of their tap watering preferences lol. She kept our house so clean and tidy - and it’s so nice coming home to living plants!!
Tragically, one of our cats suddenly and unexpectedly passed away of natural causes during our trip. She went above and beyond with compassion, in helping manage the vet, sharing our grief and then keeping our little girl company until we got home. We can’t thank her enough for what she did for us and our cats. Thank you Lou xx"

"Ronnie provided amazing house and pet sitting services to us including the car of 2 dogs and 2 cats with one dog on twice a day medications. "Sophia was a fantastic pet sitter! She stayed with our fur baby Ranger over the Christmas holidays. "We honestly could not have asked for a better catsitter than Ghawady. From the moment we met her, you could tell she is a true animal person. She was so kind, calm and genuinely loving with our fur babies.
She took incredible care of them and went above and beyond with updates. We received so many photos and videos while we were away, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was so reassuring seeing how happy and relaxed our cats were in her care.
She also left our home spotless and treated it with so much respect, which we really appreciated.
The funniest part is that when we got home, our cats barely cared we were back. They genuinely seemed to miss their catsitter, which says everything.
We would happily have Ghawady back anytime and cannot recommend her highly enough. 💛🐾"

"Vanessa stayed at my house and took fabulous care of my two dogs for an extended time . They were clearly loved and looked after. Which is exactly what as a devoted dog owner you hope for. One of the dogs was recovering from unexpected major surgery do required more attention with medication and lead walks. This dog can be nervous , so Vanessa did a great job of making her feel secure. Vanessa frequently sent photos of the dogs and ask timely and relevant questions about some aspects of care, which were so appreciated. Vanessa was always keen to know each dogs specific needs and l came home to two happy dogs! Thank you Vanessa 😀"

"I’m super grateful for all of Ugne’s fantastic efforts in looking after my two cats for me while I was overseas for 4 weeks.
She is reliable, trustworthy, respectful, great at communicating and kept me in the loop with regular updates and photos of my much-missed fur babies.
Most importantly though, through her kindness and patience, she was able to establish a strong bond with my cats, which is no small feat considering how timid they can be due to their pasts (they are both rescue cats). My confidence in her care and knowing my cats were happy meant I was able to truly relax and enjoy my trip without worry.
The cherry on top was coming back home to a beautifully clean and tidy place with all the linen washed, dried and folded! I was very impressed.
Thank you so much Ugne, you’re welcome back anytime and I know Blankie and Misha are missing you dearly already! Much love Ria xx "

"I recently had the pleasure of leaving my dog, Moose, in Ignacio's care for three nights, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first conversation, Ignacio was extremely professional, and his communication was excellent. Like any dog owner, I was a little anxious about leaving Moose with someone new, but as soon as we met Ignacio, I knew he was the perfect fit for the job.
Ignacio and his partner, Maria, are a wonderful couple, and they truly went above and beyond. Ignacio sent regular updates, including pictures and videos of Moose at the dog park, which put my mind at ease. It was clear Moose was having a great time and felt right at home, almost as if he was having a fun sleepover with friends rather than just waiting for me to come back.
When I returned, my house was left in perfect condition, and I could tell Moose had been well cared for. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend Ignacio and Maria to anyone looking for responsible and caring pet sitters."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Gerardine! She was incredible with our very shy cat. She had our cat warming up to her in record time, you can tell she’s such a cat person and the daily updates/photos put us at ease straight away.
We came back to a very tidy and clean house, she even left us a framed picture of Alaska, which was such a special gift!
I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a 10/10 cat sitter. Thanks again G ❤️"

"Mya was booked to care for my 2 dogs, one of whom was sick with an aggressive cancer who unfortunately passed before our booking. She was so caring and loving to my remaining dog and put my mind at ease through regular updates. The house was exactly as I left it and she was a great communicator. I will definitely book with Mya again if I need a sitter and highly recommend her services. "

"Jenn took amazing care of my dog poppy while me and my partner travelled interstate. We got constant updates and photos which really alleviated any anxieties we had about leaving her.
