"Kirstine did a fantastic job housesitting for us 8 nights and looking after our small pets – 1 x 17yo dog, 1 x 17yo cat, 1 x 13yo dog and an energetic 6 yo dog. I was nervous about leaving the seniors as they have health issues and require medication but I needn’t have been concerned as Kirstine was comfortable taking care of senior animals and administering medication. Kirstine came to our home a few times before we left so she could get to know everyone which was important as our 17 yo dog is blind. She updated me regularly with messages and photos, checked if I was happy with the frequency of updates and contacted me to let me know all was OK when there had been a storm as one of the dogs is terrified of storms. When we returned our carpet had been vacuumed, floors mopped, bed linen washed and bed remade, grass watered and poo-free. There was fresh milk in the fridge and chicken necks for the dogs for the following morning so I didn’t need to rush out and shop which was much appreciated. Our flight was delayed but she waited for us to get home and fed everyone so all we had to do was relax. Kirstine is a very caring person and I would highly recommend her as a housesitter. I will be happy for her to look after our pets again when we are away in the future. "

"We were lucky enough to secure Jorden for 2 nights of housesitting (1x sooky dog and 2x space invading cats!). Jorden was incredibly responsive, communication while we were away was excellent and greatly appreciated the photos and updates.
Jorden was very respectful of our home and dealt with the cat litter wonderfully.
Jorden was also able to assist with house visits at short notice, which we were very grateful for. Looking forward to going on holiday again soon (knowing our fur babies are in the best hands!!)"

"Zoe is an excellent Pawshake sitter, she went beyond all of my expectations as I didn’t feel my working dog couldn’t handle being left in a kennel it was really important to me that I had a one on one house sitting service. I expect that Zoe will be in high demand as she has the most important qualities of a house sitter and dog companion. She is focused on your pet and she’s very intuitive as to know exactly to sense what your pets needs , be it cuddles, walks , naps or food. I received regular updates and photos and found it easy to relax and enjoy my time away from my best friend. "It was a total pleasure having Heidi house and pet sit for us. She is very reliable, honest, a great communicator and our dog Max loves her! Heidi stayed in our house and minded our dog for 4 x weeks. We never worried for a moment that our house and dog were not being well cared for. She messaged pictures regularly, always responded promptly to messages and was an absolute pro. I highly recommend Heidi, she is very lovely and did everything as promised. "Ivy was a great petsitter for our two cats. We were overseas for two weeks and didn't have to worry about a single thing - Ivy kept us updated with pictures and little stories about what the cats were up to. One of our cats requires twice daily medication and she had no problem administering it and keeping an eye on our fur baby's health.
Ivy left our house in great condition and we came home to two very happy cats. Would absolutely book her again!"

"LEAH IS AMAZING!! We have two high needs dogs, one with anxieties and an 18 year old with mobility issues. When we came home our dogs were calm and happy. It was very clear to us that Leah had loved and cared for them as if they were her own.

"Melanie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with our two cats. She was incredibly responsive to our enquiries and request for fur babies. One of our cats requires daily medication, and Melanie took the time to come over before our booking and learn what was involved in giving the medication so we knew that we had nothing to worry about.
While we were away, Melanie sent us daily updates and photos, and really looked after our cats like they were her own. She came up with a number of enrichment activities for them and was even able to get our extremely fussy cat to eat regular meals (something we struggle with!).
We would not hesitate to book with Melanie again in the future - she's an absolute marvel. "
