"Ruby took care of our 4-month-old puppy, Frankie, for 8 days (for puppy day care), and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frankie is a very busy little girl with lots of energy, but Ruby handled her wonderfully and did an amazing job.
It’s obvious that Ruby has a beautiful, calming demeanour with dogs — a very special skill. It was clear that Frankie was extremely well looked after and cared for while I was at work.
Ruby was attentive and patient, making sure Frankie stayed happy and comfortable the entire time. Knowing Frankie was in such kind and capable hands gave me real peace of mind. Ruby also sent photos and updates every day, which we really appreciated.

"Raz saved the day! My needy sausage has been in 'day-care' with Raz since he got the boot from the commercial doggy daycare..Unlike the run-of-the mill daycares, Raz has a nice big backyard for the dogs to run, play (and most importantly, "go" when they need too), and she only has a small group of dogs at any time...This has suited my needy sausage dog perfectly...Raz is great to deal with, and I can't recommend her highly enough..especially for dogs that may need a little more care..Like my needy sausage...Thanks Raz!"

"I was very cautious about finding another doggie sitter near me as the last one was perfect. Tried one dogs were a mismatch, then i found Jessica and i knew i had hit gold again. She has her own little dog but is most careful about size and temperament of other dogs she sits. "Shannon has been absolutely wonderful with Niko. From the very beginning, she offered such a calm and reassuring presence — something I deeply appreciated as it was my first time leaving him with someone. Her empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental attitude made the whole process so much easier for both of us.
She’s incredibly conscientious and thoughtful in her care. I really value her regular updates and photos, as well as her openness to discuss how the day went afterwards. It’s clear she genuinely pays attention to Niko’s needs and wellbeing.
One of the things I appreciate most is how she’s supported the training we’re doing at home, especially around building Niko’s independence. Shannon allows space for that growth and doesn’t over-coddle him, which has been so helpful in reinforcing the work we’re doing. He’s always happy to see her when we arrive, but he’s not overly dependent on her — a sign that she’s striking the perfect balance between warmth, care, and encouraging confidence.
It’s such a relief knowing he’s in capable, kind, and thoughtful hands. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind Shannon brings — I couldn’t recommend her more highly."
