"Ylenia was an absolute godsend when it came to caring for my two fur babies while I was in the hospital for seven days. My cats are normally quite shy and skittish around strangers, preferring to hide rather than engage, but Ylenia's warmth and patience won them over almost instantly. Her ability to create a safe and loving environment meant that my cats not only felt comfortable but also thrived under her care. She maintained their routines, ensured they were well-fed, and most importantly, showered them with the affection they needed in my absence.
What amazed me most was the transformation in my cats' behavior around her. I've never seen them take to someone so quickly—within days, they were literally eating treats out of Ylenia's hands. "Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Rivka was PHENOMENAL! Honestly I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of my cats with the same love and dedication that I do, giving me constant updates and photos to calm my missing them every day! She was professional with a genuine care for animals and a wonderful human with an excellent laugh and just put me at ease from the first meeting!
I bought her a #1 pet sitter keyring and I stand by that! She was perfect! Even referred her to my parents and she took excellent care of their cats too!
She took the time to win over my cats with her kindness and respect for their space and it showed in all the photos and videos I got!
I cannot recommend Rivka highly enough! You’d be lucky to have her!"

"Placing your pets whilst you holiday is always a difficult decision. We were so lucky to have found Bianca who came and looked after our three aging pets in their own home. She did such a good job our dog ignored us for the first hour upon our return. "JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.
I highly recommend JR as a pet sitter. "

"Margaret was the perfect pet sitter when we went away for the weekend. She took special cared for our dog who was recovering from an operation - cooking her special meals which was really appreciated. Margaret was a great communicator and kept us in the loop as to how our dog and cat were going while we were away. Our house was left perfectly clean and tidy. "Rosie is a fantastic sitter and I can't recommend her highly enough!
Our family recently had to travel interstate at short notice. We have a shy cat and a large pond full of fish. From our very first interaction, Rosie was prompt and clear in her communication. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our pets’ routines, preferences, and any special instructions we had regarding the pets and the house. During our trip, she sent twice daily updates with photos, for which our kids were very grateful, and which reassured me that our pets were in great hands.
Upon returning home, I was impressed by how clean everything was. Rosie made sure to keep the litter box tidy and the feeding area spotless. It was clear that she treated our home and cat with respect and care.
Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of Rosie’s care was her evident kindness. Our cat, who can be a bit wary of new people, warmed up to her immediately. According to my teenage daughter "she passed the vibe check". She clearly loves cats, and her genuine care made a world of difference.
Overall, Rosie is a fantastic cat (and fish) sitter and an excellent choice for anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to care for their pets. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for future pet-sitting needs!"

"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! "Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"
