"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. Our family recently had to travel interstate at short notice. We have a shy cat and a large pond full of fish. From our very first interaction, Rosie was prompt and clear in her communication. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our pets’ routines, preferences, and any special instructions we had regarding the pets and the house. During our trip, she sent twice daily updates with photos, for which our kids were very grateful, and which reassured me that our pets were in great hands.
Upon returning home, I was impressed by how clean everything was. Rosie made sure to keep the litter box tidy and the feeding area spotless. It was clear that she treated our home and cat with respect and care.
Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of Rosie’s care was her evident kindness. Our cat, who can be a bit wary of new people, warmed up to her immediately. According to my teenage daughter "she passed the vibe check". She clearly loves cats, and her genuine care made a world of difference.
Overall, Rosie is a fantastic cat (and fish) sitter and an excellent choice for anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to care for their pets. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for future pet-sitting needs!"

"Placing your pets whilst you holiday is always a difficult decision. We were so lucky to have found Bianca who came and looked after our three aging pets in their own home. She did such a good job our dog ignored us for the first hour upon our return. Bianca provided all of the care our pets needed and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter as we were."

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"We are very happy that we found Danaé to look after our cat while we were away for a week. Isla doesn’t trust strangers easily, but she took to Danaé instantly and was even happy to cuddle and sleep with her! Danaé was very easy to communicate with, and provided us with regular updates and adorable photos throughout the week. She also took amazing care of our house. We returned home to a very happy cat and an incredibly clean and tidy house! We will definitely hope to book Danaé again next time we need a house sitter. Thank you! "

"Cassandra's care of our Corgi , Sunny was exemplary. She went above and beyond to ensure that Sunny was well looked after and happy. In addition to his regular twice daily walks, she took time out during weekends and a public holiday to take him for numerous outings to the beach, city and a family picnic.
She regularly sent photographs and videos of these events and it was evident that he enjoyed himself thoroughly. This was particularly impressive as his behaviour seemed to improve while he was with her and reinforced her dog training credentials.
Sunny displayed both exuberance and obedience in equal measure when he was in Cassandra’s presence.
I would not hesitate in recommending Cassandra to anyone who needs a dog sitter and would also not hesitate in using her again. Cassandra’s professionalism, enthusiasm and overall attention to detail was outstanding.

"Karin was the ideal pet sitter for our 2 cats, one of which requires daily medication. Both cats took to her very quickly and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great care from Karin who provided daily updates and was very communicative.
Beyond taking care of our cats, we returned home to find a spotless house with changed bed sheets, fresh litter and she had even taken the bins out. We would definitely use Karin again and couldn't recommend her enough. "
