She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. "Jean was absolutely amazing. She sent me many photos and videos of the pets, had the house looking amazing and even pulled out some of our weeds for us. It was the best feeling knowing that our fur babies were looked after in our home, making holidays more enjoyable. We have already booked Jean again and will use her every time we need a pet sitter. "Shanae stayed in our home for 7 nights while we were in Perth. She communicated with us almost daily with photos of our cats and pup, and funny stories about what they’d been up to; she was super easy to get in contact with which I really appreciated. When we came home, the house was immaculate. Our fur babies were happy and it was obvious they’d been loved and well looked after.
I highly recommend Shanae and won’t hesitate to book her again - good people are hard to find these days so I am grateful to have found this gem"

"Marsi is an exceptional dog sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
She is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Theodore’s routine, personality, and needs, making careful notes to ensure she could tailor her care specifically to him. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to understand him rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
What impressed me most was how observant she is. During Theodore’s stay, she noticed that our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was limping and immediately adjusted his activities to make sure he stayed comfortable and didn’t overexert himself. She kept us updated throughout his stay, letting us know about any changes she noticed and communicating with us promptly, which gave us great peace of mind.
We felt completely confident leaving Theodore with her. We will definitely be using Marsi’s services regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, observant, and genuinely caring dog sitter."

"Our dog loved her week with Louise! Louise took great care of our pet dog Lulu while we were away, with daily walks and love and attention. "Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"
