She managed both pets medications and needs confidently. Jade sent regular photo updates to keep us at ease and left the house in great condition. "We cannot recommend Viviane and Ron enough. We had a funeral to attend in New Zealand and had to find someone to look after Ted (our 11 year old dog) at the last minute. Viviane was so helpful and made it completely stress free for us. They sent us photos and updates every day and were so genuine in their care for our baby. He was spoilt rotten. We arrived home to a happy dog and a spotless house. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation and will be checking their availability next time we need a dog sitter 10/10"

"Natalie was AMAZING!! 10/10. I expressed how important photos and updates were and she nailed it (my previous Petsitter didn’t send many). She looked after my staffy Stella and her little pooch was the perfect companion for Stella. They shared toys and treats. My house was spotless when I returned too, such a bonus. I will definitely be using Natalie again. Such a lovely, honest wonderful woman. Five stars!!!"

"Stephanie stayed in our house for a week to look after our pets. Our staffy, cat and 2 guinea pigs were very well cared for! Our house was left clean and tidy as she found it 😊
Unfortunately Stephanie left a day earlier than we thought she would due to a mix up with the dates. Her Communication prior to leaving was really good, but we were out of service so couldn’t let her know in time that it was the wrong day. Easy fix, she went back the next day as a day visit instead and took our dog a bone.
In future I will leave an extra key with a friend! We didn’t do this which means Stephanie could not get back in once she had left.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Stephanie again as a house/ pet sitter, our pets were very comfortable with her (even our very excitable staffy calmed down with her easily, as if she was part of the family). Thank you!"

"Brendon and Carina , were booked as house sitters to look after our 3 older Labradors and our two 9 month old puppies for us. We knew this would be challenging for Brendon and Carina however they handled all our pups with ease and we came home to happy and healthy pups and a lovely clean house. We were worried as we hadn't left our new puppies at night before. We had good communication and photos which meant we could enjoy our holidays. "Bob was so good with the video updates thru the days he looked after Shamus. Shamus was so happy and well looked after i am truly impressed with the kind and loving way Bob stayed in my home to make sure my little rescue dog was safe while i was away.
This was the first time, ever, that i have left any of my babies with anyone other than family and i will most certainly feel assured that my little pet is safe and happy with Bob when i need to go anywhere.
Shamus especially liked the fun walks and the time that Bob put into keeping him happy and amused. Of course Shamus was soooo happy to see me walk through the door, but i am most grateful that there was no anxiety evident at all when i returned. thank you so much."

"Kayla was wonderful to use for my two boys (anxious staffys). She was able to give them their medication and offer them lots of comfort and cuddles.
