Karen is truly one in a million and the absolute best dog sitter we could have hoped for. From the very first message, she was quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and even accepted a same-day booking, which was such a relief.
Her communication was outstanding — daily updates, photos, and videos that genuinely put my mind at ease. On Christmas Day, she even took the time to video call us, which was above and beyond and showed just how caring and thoughtful she is.
Karen and her family are such warm, loving, and kind people. Nacho was treated like part of the family, not just a dog being watched. She listened carefully to all instructions and routines for Nacho and followed them perfectly, which I truly appreciated.
Most importantly, Nacho absolutely loved his little holiday away from home. He came back happy, relaxed, and clearly very well loved.
I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, communicative, and genuinely loves animals, Karen is the one. We will 100% be booking again 🐾💖"

Sue was fantastic at keeping us updated, regularly sending photos and little messages that captured all of Crumpet’s canine antics and personality. "Zairet has a very caring nature and is very accommodating. This was the first time I had left my chihuahua at a pet sitters home. He was a little nervous but Zairet handled him kindly. Upon my return he was well looked after. I liked that she had no other animals or children so that she could devote her time and attention to my dog. I will definitely use her again in the future. "

Reliable, caring and trustworthy!
I feel very relaxed and comfortable leaving my dog with Naima but Alfie’s stay with her exceed all my expectations! Naima cares for Alfie as if he was her own. Walks, playtime, lots of cuddles… Attention to all little things like food, toilet,sleeping,getting on with other dogs…It’s give me such peace of mind to know Alfie is so well cared for in my absence.
Excellent communication ! Everyday updates with beautiful stories about Alfie’s day with lots of photos and videos! Alfie’s now best pictures taken by Naima!

"Suzanne looked after our 1 year old Cavoodle when we went away over Christmas. Leading up to our time away she was very easy to deal with and allowed us to visit her house before the stay. It was my first time using Pawshake so was a bit nervous leaving our furbaby with someone we didnt know but Suzanne sent us messages and photos throughout the week with updates reassuring us that George was happy and well! He was so happy when we picked him up and was very clear Suzanne treated him with love and care. I wouldn't think twice about having Suzanne look after our pup again and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a Petsitter! 5 out of 5 in all aspects from us! Thank you Suzanne! "

"Jeff did an absolutely fantastic job looking after our dog, Rosie while we were on holiday. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. "Mittchell took utmost care of our little Rosie, a six-year-old cavoodle, as if she was his own. Mittchell is a unique dog caregiver - attentive, playful, affectionate, gentle, conscientious, punctual and always in control. Rosie was in excellent hands. While we were away, and missing Rosie, Mittchell regularly sent us photos and videos of her at play, at rest and during walks. This allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. One of Mittchell's photos serves as my phone's wallpaper. Our experience with Mittchell was simply outstanding, without doubt. "
