"We cannot recommend Viviane and Ron enough. We had a funeral to attend in New Zealand and had to find someone to look after Ted (our 11 year old dog) at the last minute. Viviane was so helpful and made it completely stress free for us. They sent us photos and updates every day and were so genuine in their care for our baby. He was spoilt rotten. We arrived home to a happy dog and a spotless house. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation and will be checking their availability next time we need a dog sitter 10/10"

"Jade looked after our pets during the holiday period and did an amazing job! She went above and beyond for our pets care and wasnt afraid to reach out and escalate concerns if she had any. She managed both pets medications and needs confidently. Jade sent regular photo updates to keep us at ease and left the house in great condition. "Jessica was absolutely THE BEST sitter we’ve ever had for my big baby❤️ My Great Dane instantly fell in love with her the moment she walked in the door, and did not leave her side. I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my baby with someone before. She went above and beyond, daily contact with pics and videos, and even cleaned up before leaving! "Natalie was AMAZING!! 10/10. I expressed how important photos and updates were and she nailed it (my previous Petsitter didn’t send many). She looked after my staffy Stella and her little pooch was the perfect companion for Stella. They shared toys and treats. My house was spotless when I returned too, such a bonus. I will definitely be using Natalie again. Such a lovely, honest wonderful woman. Five stars!!!"

"We have a very senior dog with some medical needs and Bernadette was absolutely WONDERFUL looking after our boy! She was more than happy to give his medication and to accomodate his care needs. Bernadette was fantastic at communicating with us - from organising the meet and greet to sending us pics of our boy when we were away (super reassuring for two anxious pet-parents!). Our house was immaculate when we returned and we found her so lovely and super trustworthy. We are very particular about who we let care for our old boy and we'd get her services again in a heartbeat! Any pet would be lucky to have her. We would 100% recommend her. "

"Stephanie stayed in our house for a week to look after our pets. Our staffy, cat and 2 guinea pigs were very well cared for! Our house was left clean and tidy as she found it 😊
Unfortunately Stephanie left a day earlier than we thought she would due to a mix up with the dates. Her Communication prior to leaving was really good, but we were out of service so couldn’t let her know in time that it was the wrong day. Easy fix, she went back the next day as a day visit instead and took our dog a bone.
In future I will leave an extra key with a friend! We didn’t do this which means Stephanie could not get back in once she had left.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Stephanie again as a house/ pet sitter, our pets were very comfortable with her (even our very excitable staffy calmed down with her easily, as if she was part of the family). Thank you!"
