"Alice helped us out last minute when our pet sitter had unexpectedly had to leave a day earlier than planned. She was very flexible, and very kind to our three pets, who loved her! Her communication was excellent and we came back to a tidy house. I would use her again any day - she gave us complete peace of mind while we were overseas, and we are so grateful for everything she did. We highly recommend Alice, and so do our pets!"

"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "Rivka was PHENOMENAL! Honestly I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of my cats with the same love and dedication that I do, giving me constant updates and photos to calm my missing them every day! She was professional with a genuine care for animals and a wonderful human with an excellent laugh and just put me at ease from the first meeting!
I bought her a #1 pet sitter keyring and I stand by that! She was perfect! Even referred her to my parents and she took excellent care of their cats too!
She took the time to win over my cats with her kindness and respect for their space and it showed in all the photos and videos I got!
I cannot recommend Rivka highly enough! You’d be lucky to have her!"

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"

"JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.

"Margaret was the perfect pet sitter when we went away for the weekend. She took special cared for our dog who was recovering from an operation - cooking her special meals which was really appreciated. Margaret was a great communicator and kept us in the loop as to how our dog and cat were going while we were away. Our house was left perfectly clean and tidy. "Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands!
