"Our dog stayed with Hazel for 10 nights. It can be a bit scary to trust someone new with your precious pet, but Hazel took fantastic care of him, and kept us updated with prompt communication, pictures and videos. She was very friendly and kind to us. We would definitely go back to Hazel if looking for a pet sitter again! 😊"

"Lulu and her family recently looked after our senior dog for a week. He was given the best care in that time. Lulu regularly sent us photos of our boy who had an amazing time with the other dogs there. When we picked him up he was calm and happy. Lulu alleviated my anxiety about leaving our dog with a stranger following a bad experience with a different dog minding service years prior. "Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. "Winnie was a fantastic pet sitter! From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. While we were away, she took great care of our dog — feeding her on schedule, keeping everything clean, and making sure she felt comfortable and loved. "Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "I recently had the pleasure of using Sue as a dog sitter for my beloved Cavoodle, Beau, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very start, it was clear that Sue has a genuine love for dogs and an impressive ability to take care of them.
Beau had an absolute blast during his time with her. Sue made sure he received plenty of exercise with multiple walks in the park, where he could explore and enjoy the great outdoors. "I couldn't be more pleased with the care our two dogs received from Katja and her family. They stayed with her for 9 nights while our home was being renovated, and it was clear from the photos that they were having an amazing time, smiling and enjoying the company of other dogs. Katja was incredibly attentive to their needs, providing gentle walks (as they’re older) and plenty of cuddles. Unlike kennels, which often charge extra for walks, attention, or special care, everything was included in the fee with Katja. When I went to pick them up, although they were happy to see me, one of my dogs momentarily turned back, as if to stay! It was obvious they were very happy and comfortable in Katja’s care. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!"
