"I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Alex took amazing care of my kitten and my flat while I was away. From the beginning, communication was clear and she consistently sent an update and photos or videos once a day. She made note of funny little aspects of my kit’s behaviour, showing she really got to know her personality!
My kitten clearly adored her from the moment they met— and upon return she was playful, well-fed, and completely relaxed when I got home. It was obvious that Alex spent quality time with her and treated her with real affection and care.
She also looked after my flat beautifully—it was tidy, clean, and exactly how I left it (if not better!). It’s such a relief to know that both my pet and home were in such capable hands.
I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!"

"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. "Rivka was PHENOMENAL! Honestly I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of my cats with the same love and dedication that I do, giving me constant updates and photos to calm my missing them every day! She was professional with a genuine care for animals and a wonderful human with an excellent laugh and just put me at ease from the first meeting!
I bought her a #1 pet sitter keyring and I stand by that! She was perfect! Even referred her to my parents and she took excellent care of their cats too!
She took the time to win over my cats with her kindness and respect for their space and it showed in all the photos and videos I got!

"Alice helped us out last minute when our pet sitter had unexpectedly had to leave a day earlier than planned. She was very flexible, and very kind to our three pets, who loved her! "Sienna was a wonderful pet sitter for our fur family in our home. Her meet and greet was professional and put us at ease. She took fantastic care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats and lorikeet. She was exceptionally patient with our nervous dog, particularly on our first night away. Her communication was fantastic before and during our trip. The house was well-looked after, and she had thoughtfully popped the linen she had used through the washing machine before we returned home. Our return flight was delayed and she kindly called in and fed everyone in the evening. We were so happy and would definitely have Sienna in our home again. Thank you so much!!"

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! "JR was simply amazing! She handled everything with grace and maturity, and we were so glad we'd booked her. From the very beginning of the meet & greet it was clear JR is an 'animal person' as both our dog and cat warmed to her straight away and seemed really calm around her (this is not typical for the dog especially). JR asked sensible questions which was helpful because it was our first time booking someone through a site like this. While we were away, she sent updates at least daily, and it was really clear the pets were well looked after and getting a LOT of attention.
