She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. "Jean was absolutely amazing. She sent me many photos and videos of the pets, had the house looking amazing and even pulled out some of our weeds for us. "Our dog loved her week with Louise! Louise took great care of our pet dog Lulu while we were away, with daily walks and love and attention. "Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"
