"Paul was a great comfort to us when leaving our cats and dog for the first long-term holiday. He was so great our dog walker also asked him to come and stay! Communication and photo updates were great and they all looked so happy in the videos. Our pets clearly loved him and we hope he will come stay again next time they need a live-in friend."

"I'm are so grateful to have had Taylia take care of our two dogs, Emma and Maple, and our home while we were away! From the moment I met her, it was clear that she’s a true animal lover with a warm, caring nature.
Taylia took excellent care of both Emma and Maple, ensuring they were not only well-fed and comfortable but also well-exercised and mentally engaged. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our pups were happy and thriving in her care. She also went above and beyond by following our specific instructions, sticking to their routines, and giving them lots of love and attention.
We highly recommend Taylia to anyone looking for a responsible, loving dog sitter and house sitter. She’s truly wonderful, and we’ll definitely be booking her again in the future! Thank you, Taylia, for giving us peace of mind and for taking such wonderful care of Emma, Maple, and our home!"

"We are so pleased to have found Barbara to care for our two dogs and cat over the Easter long weekend, we enjoyed our time away without any worries knowing she was taking wonderful care of them. Barbara kept us up to date by sending me photos and messages each evening, and it was lovely to see my babies enjoying walks, playtime and cuddles on the couch just like they do when we are home. Our house was left lovely and clean! I will be recommending Barbara to everyone looking for a smart, kind and responsible pet sitter. Thank you Barbara 😊❤️"

"We are so happy with Susannah’s lovely care of our boy Grandpa! He is a rescue cattle dog and she was very sensitive of his needs and was very loving when she met him.
Grandpa was also very tuckered out when we got home, which is a wonderful sign that he got all the exercise that he needs! ☺
She was so happy to receive lots of info about Grandpa and the house, which made us feel very confident. She also kept in great contact whilst we were away, and watered our plants for us ☺
Attentive, friendly, conscientious! 👏"

"Hailey was awesome. She came to meet our 2 dogs before hand and run through their routines.
They immediately took to Hailey and we knew that they would be well cared for. Being different size dogs they can be challenging to walk together but think they were probably better behaved for her than us.
Hailey kept us updated with photos whilst we were away which is much appreciated as we all missed them.
I would definitely recommend Hailey for anyone looking for a pet sitter. We will definitely book her again.
Thanks again Hailey.

"This was the second time we’ve had Linda look after our cat, and once again she was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of both our home and our cat, and we had complete peace of mind while we were away.
The best part was seeing how comfortable and happy our cat was with her — she clearly adored Linda, which says it all.
We would absolutely use Linda’s services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy pet sitter 😊"

"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver a five-star service at budget prices. Cannot thank her enough! "

Why house sitting ?
Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Leichhardt NSW home while you are away.
House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Leichhardt NSW.
At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.
The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Leichhardt NSW home is also being looked after as well.
In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.
