"Paul was a great comfort to us when leaving our cats and dog for the first long-term holiday. He was so great our dog walker also asked him to come and stay! Communication and photo updates were great and they all looked so happy in the videos. Our pets clearly loved him and we hope he will come stay again next time they need a live-in friend."

"I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"We are so pleased to have found Barbara to care for our two dogs and cat over the Easter long weekend, we enjoyed our time away without any worries knowing she was taking wonderful care of them. "Hsiao Hsuan was amazing with my Chloe, she stepped in last minute and was accomodating of my requests. I had bad experience with a previous sitter, but Hsiao Hsuan understood my concerns and catered to them with empathy. She took care of Chloe as if her own, Chloe enjoyed her time with Hsiao Hsuan. She would play with Chloe and give her cuddles. She was also extremely respectful of the space and kept the apartment tidy. Definitely recommend her."

"Magda was amazing thank you so much for taking such great care of our animals. German Shepherd and Rag doll cat. This is our second booking with Magda and our first where she stayed. Couldn’t be happier. We booked Magda in a while ago and at each stage her communication was outstanding from meet and greet, a dog walk booking and then house sitting for our planned trip away. To have regular updates and know the animals and house was so well taken cared of was excellent. "We are so happy with Susannah’s lovely care of our boy Grandpa! He is a rescue cattle dog and she was very sensitive of his needs and was very loving when she met him.
Grandpa was also very tuckered out when we got home, which is a wonderful sign that he got all the exercise that he needs! ☺
She was so happy to receive lots of info about Grandpa and the house, which made us feel very confident. She also kept in great contact whilst we were away, and watered our plants for us ☺

"Hailey was awesome. She came to meet our 2 dogs before hand and run through their routines.
They immediately took to Hailey and we knew that they would be well cared for. Being different size dogs they can be challenging to walk together but think they were probably better behaved for her than us.
Hailey kept us updated with photos whilst we were away which is much appreciated as we all missed them.
I would definitely recommend Hailey for anyone looking for a pet sitter. We will definitely book her again.
