"Troy was amazing. Always efficient with communication, understanding of our puppy still having some cheeky behaviours, and really willing to go the extra mile for us. "I was amazed at Mickey’s professionalism and her genuine love towards pets. For example, one walk a day for my pet would have been still a lot to ask for but she was happily doing three walks in a beautiful park willingly. You can tell she is very skilled at taking care of pets as well by how your precious fur baby is returned to you at the end of the day, content and happy. Thank you Mickey."

"Hayley looked after Reuben so well today during doggy day care. He's come home tired and happy. And her gorgeous pup Poppy is going to be Reuben's new best friend I'm sure.
Hayley was happy to accommodate my work hours and work around my schedule. During that time she sent me updates, and took Roobz out for walks and toilet breaks.
Reuben can't wait to go back in a few days."

"Lucy & Daire took great care of Loki. He enjoyed his time with them, and was calm and relaxed when I picked him up. I appreciated their quick and clear communication with me, as well as their flexibility with drop off and pick up times, as I had a funeral and wake to attend. They also were super respectful with communication during the booking, understanding I was not able to attend to messages during that time (as they would typically send messages with updates on how your pet is doing whilst with them. Lucy also took the time to understand the training I had been doing with Loki when I dropped him off, and both Lucy and Daire adhered to the instructions I left with them, which I appreciate, as he is developing new skills as a young puppy, and even a day off unravels his progress. I cannot recommend them enough, and I hope Loki can spend time with them again in the future."
