"Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

"Han and family looked after Loki for a week and treated him like their own. I received daily updates, videos and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while away. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Loki's specific routine. They followed all my instructions perfectly including high-energy walks and feeding schedules without a hitch. "Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.

"Pearl and Nelly did an amazing job looking after my one-year-old Bichon. While I was away, they sent daily updates with photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands. She had a wonderful time playing with Mochi and was well looked after, with regular walks, plenty of food and treats, and attentive care tailored to her needs. It was clear she was treated like part of the family throughout her stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Pearl and Nelly again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for loving and reliable pet sitters. "

"Samantha is amazing! As a first time user and having not left Goofy out of our care before I honestly had nothing to worry about. From the first contact, Samantha replied quickly to my request and organised a couple of meet and greet times in the week leading up to our departure. Her communication with me was always warm and accomodating and ensured both parties were comfortable. What made her service so great was that she was able to care for only Goofy during our entire vacation as he can be aggressive around other dogs. He loved the attention and affection from Samantha and her family. While we were away, I was updated with messages and a cute video of him playing with a toy. All in all I cannot fault Goofy's stay with Samantha and her family and would not hestitate to recommend her service. Thank you Samantha"

"Steven was amazing!!!
We couldn’t be happier with the care Akira received during her stay! From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such kind and capable hands. Akira now has a new friend - Teddy (Steven’s dog). He was equally amazing with our Akira, shared his toys, played with her, went on walks together.
We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made being away from her so much easier. It was clear that Akira was treated like part of the family, getting plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. She came home happy and relaxed.

"Thanks Cecilia for taking great care of our puppy Cody - it is our first time to leave our puppy for a short trip and Cecilia always responded fast and provided updates of Cody. Cecilia is very easy to communicate with and she follows the care notes that we give her and make sure our Cody has the good care. She also organized meet and greet for Cody to meet herself and other dogs who will stay together during those dates. "Being a Pawshake sitter myself, I thought it would be hard to find someone to look after my little dog as well as me. But I can honestly say that from the moment I met Kaye, I felt reassured that my baby would be in loving and safe hands.
We did a trial day before the 2 week stay which introduced my dog to Kaye & her dog (and vice versa), which went well and Kaye's dog was incredibly welcoming and patient with her furry newcomer,
Kaye was easy to talk with and obviously had a lot of experience with having different dogs in her clean and organised home. I knew then that I didn't need to look at any other sitters.
During the main booking, I got daily updates with photos & videos where my little girl looked so content & happy that I was worried she wouldn't want to go home! I'm sure she absolutely loved her time with Kaye and got very attached to Poppy as they often slept side by side. My dog was well and happy when we returned (and thankfully did want to go home with us).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kaye again or recommend her. She's a lovely girl with a heart in the right place and totally trustworthy to look after your dog as you request."
