"Natalie is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our puppy ! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pup! When we came home after our weekend away our pet was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Natalie sent us photos of our baby having fun which was really nice 🙂

"Wei Wuen was the best dog sitter! I boarded my 2 bulldogs with her and her partner for almost 3 weeks.
They are both very passionate and caring animal lovers and have a well maintained secure backyard for pets to enjoy.
I received daily updates with photos of walks and even funny moments in videos :)
Dogs came back home looking and smelling well pampered and brushed down. They even received grooming and baths while I was away.
My dogs have definitely formed a bond with them, I can tell they miss them and their wonderful home. Hopefully for them it won’t be too long til they get to go back as I will most definitely be booking Wei Wuen again next time I’m out of town!

"Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. "Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.

"I couldn’t have been happier with Graham’s dog boarding service. From the moment I contacted him, I knew that Graham was a professional who cares deeply about the well-being of his furry clients.
One thing that really stood out to me was Graham’s excellent communication. Before the boarding, he took the time to ask about my dog’s routine, likes and dislikes, which really put my mind at ease. During my holiday, Graham sent me daily updates and photos, which I greatly appreciated. It was clear that my dog was having a blast and being well-cared for.
When I picked up my dog, he was happy and had even learned a few new tricks! It’s obvious that Graham is a real “dog person” who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a great time. I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care our dog received and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

"We were a week out from leaving on an interstate family holiday when our dog sitter (my parents) announced they were off to NZ the same time we would be away….they’d completely forgotten Mochi, our large exuberant Harrier Hound, was going to stay with them while we were away.
Enter Pawshake. Dale was the first and only person we contacted - obviously time was a factor in our case, and her responsiveness, prices, easy going nature, and the fact she knew what she was talking about (plus she said nice things about our doggie!), meant we didn’t need to contact anyone else. (We looked at a few profiles on Pawshake and the number of people, young people, saying they could handle large excitable dogs in their one bedroom “insert trendy inner suburb here” apartment was laughable).
Mochi isn’t yet 2 years old and he’s huge (40 kg and my height -165cm when he stands up on two legs), he is a hound, bred to think a certain way (which is often “I’m doing what I want regardless) and on top of all of this, Mochi just wants to be loved and be around you. He needs someone who is going to give him all the love in the world while not being a pushover.
Dale knew how to respond and interact with Mochi from the start. He came back to us happy, healthy and very tired (we struggle to tire him out so this was brilliant).
Dale has the space, set up, location and knowledge for you to be able to leave your pet with her and not be worried about whether or not you made the right dog sitter decision. She updated us daily with photos of Mochi- it was so heartwarming to see Mochi wasn’t just another dog at their house; he was very much a part of their family and in the mix of it all for the 6 days he was with them.
We will not hesitate to book Dale again. Thank you so much for taking care of our boy! "

"Fika and her family took amazing care of our puppy Max. He seemed so happy with them! They were extremely attentive, caring, and communicated clearly at all times. Fika's house is perfectly set up for dogs, securely fenced with plenty of space. Max's high energy levels were taken care of with lots of walks, play, and affection. Fika even taught him to fetch during his stay! Was very grateful for all of the photos and updates too. We will absolutely come to Fika again and would highly recommend her to other dog owners."

"Hello, we have had our bat with Sam for 17 days and we are very happy With his service. He exactly followed the routine required for puppies, mature growth and also kept us well informed through images and videos every day while we were away. He was also proactive in monitoring any sickness or incident with a puppy so that it can be rectified and appropriate medicine can be given.
