"Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.
I really appreciate the warm and safe environment she provided. Highly recommend Janice if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for your pets — I’d definitely leave them with her again!"

"Awesome dog sitter. He and his partner know well about the dogs and treat them well. They are willing to keep dog owner’s training regime while dogs are staying at their place. Their dog is also cute and adorable! The first day got back home, my dog was a bit lethargic not being with his friend. "

"Natalie is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our puppy ! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pup! When we came home after our weekend away our pet was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Natalie sent us photos of our baby having fun which was really nice 🙂

"Lee was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my puppy feel at home and my dog absolutely adored her dog. It was the first time we were away so we were not sure how he would go, but he came home happy, and I think he actually missed Lee and KayDee. "Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. Our dog was loved and cared for just like in our home and that made all the difference. We definitely rate Anitha highly and will use her service again. "

"We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved Labrador Retriever, Russo, in the care of Ed and Ping for three weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better carers. From the moment we met them, it was clear that Russo was in loving and capable hands. Ed and Ping treated Russo as if he were their own, providing top-notch care and attention to every detail of his routine.
Russo has a particular schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs, ensuring that he was comfortable and happy at all times. We were especially touched by the daily photos they sent us, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Seeing Russo so well cared for truly made us feel at ease.
The love and affection Ed and Ping showed Russo was beyond what we could have hoped for. They took him on regular walks, played with him, and made him feel completely at home in their care. It's rare to find such genuinely good-hearted and caring individuals, and we feel blessed to have found them.

"We were a week out from leaving on an interstate family holiday when our dog sitter (my parents) announced they were off to NZ the same time we would be away….they’d completely forgotten Mochi, our large exuberant Harrier Hound, was going to stay with them while we were away.
Enter Pawshake. Dale was the first and only person we contacted - obviously time was a factor in our case, and her responsiveness, prices, easy going nature, and the fact she knew what she was talking about (plus she said nice things about our doggie!), meant we didn’t need to contact anyone else. (We looked at a few profiles on Pawshake and the number of people, young people, saying they could handle large excitable dogs in their one bedroom “insert trendy inner suburb here” apartment was laughable).
Mochi isn’t yet 2 years old and he’s huge (40 kg and my height -165cm when he stands up on two legs), he is a hound, bred to think a certain way (which is often “I’m doing what I want regardless) and on top of all of this, Mochi just wants to be loved and be around you. He needs someone who is going to give him all the love in the world while not being a pushover.
Dale knew how to respond and interact with Mochi from the start. He came back to us happy, healthy and very tired (we struggle to tire him out so this was brilliant).
Dale has the space, set up, location and knowledge for you to be able to leave your pet with her and not be worried about whether or not you made the right dog sitter decision. She updated us daily with photos of Mochi- it was so heartwarming to see Mochi wasn’t just another dog at their house; he was very much a part of their family and in the mix of it all for the 6 days he was with them.
We will not hesitate to book Dale again. Thank you so much for taking care of our boy! "

"Jen does an amazing job looking after our puppies - particularly one of our dogs who requires medication management and a special diet. Nothing is too much trouble and I know the puppies are being well looked after. We get regular updates and know all care is being taken to keep them happy.

"Emily was a FANTASTIC dog sitter. She looked after our girl Luna with such great care, taking her on walks and making sure she felt at home. Emily kept in contact with us everyday, sending us photos and updates of how Luna was doing. Her dog Tums was also a great host, taking Luna under his wing and sharing his place with her. "Hari has been terrific, great communication, puppy updates with pictures, recommendation and feedback about the pup.
I was bit hesitant to leave my 10 week old pup in care, however, Hari's interaction and updates gave me real comfort.
As we had to travel early morning, Hari even offered to pick up from home so that our travel is not delayed.
