"Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Han and family looked after Loki for a week and treated him like their own. I received daily updates, videos and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while away. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Loki's specific routine. They followed all my instructions perfectly including high-energy walks and feeding schedules without a hitch. "Pearl and Nelly took such good care of our dog Dolly while we were overseas for 3 weeks. We were provided daily updates and photos of Dolly and Pearl was even accomodating to our dog’s dietary needs when our dog was picky with her food and stocked up on her favourite treats when she ran out. I can’t recommend Pearl and Nelly enough! Dolly throughly enjoyed her stay here and loved Mochi’s company 💕
We will definitely be booking Pearl and Nelly’s pet sitting services for our next trip 🫶"

"Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.
I really appreciate the warm and safe environment she provided. Highly recommend Janice if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for your pets — I’d definitely leave them with her again!"

"Samantha is amazing! As a first time user and having not left Goofy out of our care before I honestly had nothing to worry about. From the first contact, Samantha replied quickly to my request and organised a couple of meet and greet times in the week leading up to our departure. Her communication with me was always warm and accomodating and ensured both parties were comfortable. What made her service so great was that she was able to care for only Goofy during our entire vacation as he can be aggressive around other dogs. He loved the attention and affection from Samantha and her family. While we were away, I was updated with messages and a cute video of him playing with a toy. All in all I cannot fault Goofy's stay with Samantha and her family and would not hestitate to recommend her service. Thank you Samantha"

"We can't speak highly enough of Jade and her family. They clearly have a deep love and consideration for dogs. Jade insisted on meeting us and our dog Summer prior to the stay period. Summer then had a day-visit so she was more familiar with the environment and Jade before her longer stay. Jade was very clear about understanding food, medication, habits and loves for Summer so she could make her stay completely enjoyable. Photos, videos and written updates every 2-3 days from Jade reassured us of the great time Summer had and great care she was given. Not just Jade, but her family provided a loving home for Summer. We couldn't be more grateful! We know we'll have to plan ahead to be sure Jade can care for Summer next time we go away. Sorraya and Geoff"

"Thanks Cecilia for taking great care of our puppy Cody - it is our first time to leave our puppy for a short trip and Cecilia always responded fast and provided updates of Cody. Cecilia is very easy to communicate with and she follows the care notes that we give her and make sure our Cody has the good care. She also organized meet and greet for Cody to meet herself and other dogs who will stay together during those dates. It was great for owners too as we know in advance who will stay with Cody and it makes Cody to settle easier. We definitely recommend Cecilia. "

"We had a really positive experience with Nikki and her partner Pedro for dog boarding. I was quite anxious about leaving our boys with someone new, as we usually have friends look after them, but they gave us great peace of mind from the start. They were responsive and reassuring whenever I checked in, which made a big difference.
They handled our two big, high-energy dogs confidently and with care, which isn’t always easy, and it was clear they were well looked after. We really appreciated their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!"

"Being a Pawshake sitter myself, I thought it would be hard to find someone to look after my little dog as well as me. But I can honestly say that from the moment I met Kaye, I felt reassured that my baby would be in loving and safe hands.
We did a trial day before the 2 week stay which introduced my dog to Kaye & her dog (and vice versa), which went well and Kaye's dog was incredibly welcoming and patient with her furry newcomer,
Kaye was easy to talk with and obviously had a lot of experience with having different dogs in her clean and organised home. I knew then that I didn't need to look at any other sitters.
During the main booking, I got daily updates with photos & videos where my little girl looked so content & happy that I was worried she wouldn't want to go home! I'm sure she absolutely loved her time with Kaye and got very attached to Poppy as they often slept side by side. My dog was well and happy when we returned (and thankfully did want to go home with us).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kaye again or recommend her. She's a lovely girl with a heart in the right place and totally trustworthy to look after your dog as you request."
