"It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."

"Angie and Chris were amazing! Sadie was so well looked after and clearly very happy and comfortable with them. "Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. We are glad we found Rebecca and no doubt will be seeking her out the next time we go away. Glad to have found someone we can fully trust! Thanks Rebecca!"

"Karina was terrific, I cannot thank her enough for taking care of my cat Silver, for me while I was away for several weeks. She has the full cat minding set up, is experienced and loving when it comes to caring for cats, sends regular videos and updates and is good value, particularly if as longer term stays can be very pricey. My cat Silver went away highly anxious, and came back a happier and more resilient little guy, all thanks to Karina, the complete cat whispering pro. "Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. "My cat Fridge had the BEST time with Sophia!
Sophia went above and beyond to make sure my son, Fridge, was happy and well taken care of while I was away. Not only did she handle all the basics perfectly, but she also brought toys for him and spent extra time playing, which was so thoughtful!!
She always sent through frequent updates and pictures/ videos of Fridge – which really put my mind at ease as it was my first time leaving him with a petsitter. I was nervous initially but it was so clear she treated him like her own, and when I picked him up, he was a very happy and relaxed cat!!
Sophia is very reliable, caring, and GENUINELY passionate about animals and I am so glad I found her!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be calling on her again whenever I need a pet sitter. I HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets with love and care!

"Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.
