"Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. We are glad we found Rebecca and no doubt will be seeking her out the next time we go away. Glad to have found someone we can fully trust! Thanks Rebecca!"

"I couldn't be happier with the care Rio received from Kevan and his partner during his 4-day stay! From the very beginning, they were absolutely fantastic. They went the extra mile by arranging a meet-and-greet to introduce Rio to their dog, Kayo, which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving him.
Throughout Rio's stay, they provided constant updates, including a steady stream of photos and videos. I never once had to reach out to them for an update, which meant the world to me. It was clear that Rio was having a great time, as they took him on multiple walks near parks and lakes, and they were incredibly attentive to his food schedule, giving us regular updates on his meals.
Kevan and his partner are incredibly easygoing and responsive, making the entire process seamless. The care they showed for Rio was truly exceptional; they treated him like a member of their own family. It was because of their genuine care and attention that I was able to thoroughly enjoy my vacation without a single worry about my pup. I feel so lucky to have found them on Pawshake and would absolutely book with them again. Thank you both so much for providing such a comforting and wonderful home for Rio!"

"Yani & Edem are the warmest and most kind-hearted people who went above and beyond to care for Teddy. On our drop-off day, we were extremely late as we were driving from interstate and reached their home past midnight. Yani was still polite to work through solutions and showed accountability by honouring the booking. She graciously welcomed us and Teddy into her home. She carefully listened to all our instructions on Teddy's social anxiety and diligently followed our wishes on Teddy's meal and walk routine. Every morning, she sent photos, videos, and updates on Teddy. Her communication was always fast and responsive. She even bought Teddy a slow-feeding bowl and gifted it to us on pick-up day, along with printed copies of the photos she took of Teddy, which we will cherish as a wonderful memory, knowing that Teddy was loved and pampered just like we do at home. I highly recommend Yani & Edem as they are responsible, cooperative and excellent at pet sitting. But beyond this is their loving and caring emotion towards animals, which no amount of money can buy. Choose them hands down!"

"Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.
