"Yifan was both incredibly professional and caring for my cat Riley. She was really easy to organise and arrange for the booking and took excellent care of her, she will spend actual quality time giving your cat attention, play and brushes. She gave full daily reports with multiple pictures. I would absolutely recommend Yifan for cat sitting. Thank you Yifan! "

"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"Rivka was great to work with. From pre-visit run through to daily photos. She took great care of our 4 animals in her visits and communicated early. Our older doggo needed daily medication which Rivka assisted, plus some calming (natural) medication for NYE.
Thank you Rivka for also watering our plants! Not sure they would have survived. Thanks again Amanda & Ian"

We couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care Claudia provided for our three fur babies over the Easter period. She arrived exactly within the agreed timeframes for every visit, took our dog Ollie on his daily walks, and even surprised him with a chew toy to keep him entertained between visits - such a thoughtful touch.
Our cats were equally well looked after, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and even the occasional brush, which they loved. We received daily photo updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and we returned home to find everything exactly as we left it.
Claudia went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals made all the difference. We would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely be booking her again."

"After many years with the same Pawshake pet sitter who has now moved away, we contacted Jose for the first time to look after our two cats. Jose was happy to come over beforehand for a meet and greet and was unfazed by the somewhat complex feeding & litter arrangements - our cats need to be kept in separate parts of the house when we’re away as one is on a special diet. Jose was also more than happy to accommodate a last minute request to water some plants in the front garden. All around, a friendly and communicative Pawshake member who we will be happy to use again!"

"Joanna is the only pet sitter you will ever need.
We have had a couple of different pet sitters over the years and they were all fine, but nothing like Joanna. Joanna went above and beyond to take care of our many animals. Her twice daily reports, photos and how she described them showed that she was really spending time with my animals. Joanna not only fed my pets and kept their areas spotless, but she played with them and went the extra mile to look after them whilst we were gone. I am incredibly impressed with Joanna and we hope to be able to only use her for our pet sitting in the future.
