"Sophie took great care of our furbaby (cat) and sent lots of updates throughout which we appreciated while we were away! She really took the time to get to know Mitten and let him get comfortable with her. Sophie went above and beyond - spending extra time hanging out with him so he wouldnt get too lonely, doing an extra welfare check on a super hot day and extending the booking by a couple of visits when we had to come home a day later than expected. She did a wonderful job and Mitten seemed happy to hang out with her 😀"

"Bobbie was absolutely incredible! While I was away, she kept me regularly updated on how my cats were doing and even sent photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. She went above and beyond in every way, taking the time to build a genuine bond with my anxious cat who usually never comes out around other people. The fact that she was able to earn that trust speaks volumes about her care and patience.
My fur babies absolutely adored her!
They even missed her and would wait by the door for her visits, which shows just how consistent, kind, and reliable she was. On top of that, Bobbie maintained everything to the highest standard, from fresh food and water bowls to clean litter trays and overall hygiene.
I honestly cannot recommend Bobbie highly enough. She is dedicated, compassionate, and truly treats your pets as if they were her own."
