"We are so happy to have found Pauline to take care of our two Maine Coon cats when we go away. From the initial contact Pauline responded quickly and communicated clearly. We were very impressed with her attention to detail at the meet & greet and her enthusiasm for caring for our cats. The actual sitting went without a hitch.
We received photos and updates at each visit and all our instructions were followed. Pauline went above and beyond to make sure both the cats and my husband and I were relaxed and confident that all was well while we were away. It was clear that Pauline genuinely enjoyed the company of our precious cats and they were so relaxed they didnt even greet us at the door when we got home 😍. Highly recommend, and thank Pauline for her excellent service. "

"Stuart looked after our cat Luna for us for several months this year. Stuart was the perfect pet sitter. He was very quick to reply and get in touch. He sent pictures and updates every day he visited Luna. Stuart had excellent communication and made us truly feel that our pet was in the best hands. Stuart was also very understanding when we had to extend our booking due to being stuck overseas because of covid. He was a kind, genuine, and all round excellent pet sitter. "Dropping by to shout out that MingJhen is a great sitter! We booked her to check in on our cat for two days and she did a great job, went above and beyond to have lots of play with our cat. She is very open about just starting out, but we think she did a great job, especially when she was keen to learn how to take good care of our cat. She also provided detailed reports. "Miriam took care of our two cats while my family and I were on an overseas trip for a month. She did two home visits per day to feed them and administer medication to one of them. Miriam was very dependable and communicated with us throughout our absence, sending us photos and really going above and beyond.
