Hi. Im Natalie. I have run a small animal rescue for the last 10 years from my home, taking in and rehabilitating unwanted or unwell guinea pigs, rats, birds and chickens and finding them new homes. I also am mum to 2 adopted cats and a giant rescue dog of my own!&nbsp;
I work from home most days, and live with my toddler and a house full of our beloved pets including cats, a dog, some birds and guinea pigs. I am available to visit once or twice a day to ensure your pets have everything they need whilst you are away.&nbsp;
I have previously worked as a pet sitter minding cats and dogs, though now I am a project coordinator running studies looking for genes in illnesses such as Epilepsy and Anorexia. My love for animals is still an enormous part of who I am, hence the not-for-profit rescue and my own houseful of furry and feathered critters.&nbsp;
I would happily host smaller animals (i.e. birds, rodents) in my home overnight, but as I have my own small pets and a toddler I can only offer daytime home visits for dogs and cats. I would be available mornings and afternoons to pop in and make sure everyone is fed, clean, has fresh water and plenty of love. I'd be happy to bring in mail/bins and keep an eye on plant friends.&nbsp;

I am an experienced pet carer, ready to become best friends with your pet.Whether your pet has scales, feathers or fur, I can provide you with peace of mind that your pet is in great hands. I have over 20 years of experience working with domestic animals and wildlife, plus the privileged experience of having pets of my own ️. I have previously worked as a doggy daycare attendant, a dog walker, pet sitter and wildlife officer. I am a friendly and calm presence around your pet, and I am understanding of the anxiety that both you and your pet can experience in your absence. It would be my pleasure to put you both at ease. I am responsible, reliable, respectful and practical. I am also rediculously fond of animals... and meeting new people!&nbsp;I respect that every pet and every home is different, and I am able to adapt my care to suit your needs.&nbsp;I have some capacity to take pets into my own home, however due to having young children, my preference is to care for your pets at your home. I have an adopted greyhound at home who is VERY friendly and calm, and who is available for companionship, if your pet requires it.&nbsp;Contact me to discuss if I am the right fit for you and your pet.
