"I’m new to Pawshake and booking a petsitter in general and Amber had made my first experience such a relief. From the beginning Amber was prompt with responses, provided me with some previous reviews to put my mind at ease. Amber communicated with me every day whilst I was away as requested and provided me with daily updates. Whilst my cat was very shy and hid a lot, Amber still provided me with updates on his eating and drinking habits and it was so nice to know that my cat Alvin was in someone that’s trustworthy hands. Thank you for the experience Amber, I hope you get to meet more pets on here in the future (and hopefully they’re not super shy like Alvin)! :)"

"Had a great experience with Brianna who kindly looked after our puppy Henry and came over to our place this past week. She was great at communicating and sending us pictures and cared for him very well. He was much more settled when we got home from work and seemed a lot happier from being cared for by Brianna. "Adriana took phenomenal care of our two cats while we were away. They were the happiest they’ve ever been after we’ve been away for a while. She sent photos every day and left everything very orderly when we returned.
In addition, we have one cat that’s a bit particular and will bite if she’s pet when she doesn’t want to be. Adriana read her mood perfectly and was able to adjust based on Lyra’s mood.
