"I’m so happy I found Beatriz! She was absolutely wonderful with my cats. From the start her communication was friendly and reliable, and she followed all my instructions with care. She even showed great initiative — when she couldn’t make it at the exact time we’d agreed, she let me know straight away and still came later that same night, which was very thoughtful and reassuring.
Every day she sent me cute little videos and updates about what my cats ate and how they were gaining confidence around her, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. She also went the extra mile by cleaning their bowls and even giving our Litter-Robot an extra clean before we got home, so everything was fresh and tidy for our return.
It’s clear Beatriz genuinely cares for the pets she looks after. I felt so comfortable knowing my cats were in her hands, and I’ll definitely book her again. Highly recommend!"

"I highly recommend Mitch who looked after our two dogs with home visits while we were away. At our meet & greet Mitch ensured all family members were happy with him caring for our dogs in our absence. Mitch communicated promptly and sent photos and videos while we were away. Following his last scheduled visit he made sure we got home safely to ensure continuity of care for our dogs. Thanks Mitch!"

"Our two cats had visits by Sarah for three days (at short notice). Sarah was thorough and caring. One of my cats is elderly and Sarah carried out detailed instructions that enabled the cat to feel happy, safe, and well-cared for. Sarah communicated extremely well, and showed her ability to establish trust with the cats, through her patience and awareness of their needs. "We couldn't be happier with Lee's services. Lee was excellent in helping our new puppy adjust to his new home. By visiting during the day, Lee provided the perfect balance of care, companionship and that early puppy training. "Big Al" quickly warmed up to Lee, and we noticed a significant improvement in his behaviour and comfort level when we would arrive home from work.
