Hi there, my name is Sasha. I currently have some extra time and have in the past loved pet sitting! I'm quite sporty and active, I'm always happy to take your pup on a long walk or easy run. My name is Jill, I'm 60 years old, mum to 2 dogs - Lamb Chop an 8 year old boxer and Honey a 3 year old Daschund. I am very excited to offer my services as a carer for your beloved pets. 
I am mum to 3 boys and a grandparent to three perfect little people who I adore. I am now retired and want to spend more time doing things that I love and pets are my happy place. 
I have become a pet sitter because I have been through the anxiety of where to find the best place to leave my own pets. Invariably that ends up being a trip with them. Or occasionally a son is living back in SA and will mind them. So, I completely understand the worry and I get the responsibility. I can offer regular updates and photos whilst you're away for some extra reassurance. Or, if you're like me, video chats with your fur babies.
For home visits I will come in and spend at least 30 minutes with your pet at each visit, playing, feeding, checking water is fresh and, if necessary I can water your plants and bring in the mail, attend to bins. 
For walks I will take your pets for at least a 30 minute walk or less if that's what they require. I will not walk pets on hot days when pavements and roads are too hot. But can spend time in active play as an alternative. 
If you can give me clear guidelines I would love to keep to your pets normal routine as closely as possible. Basically, I want to make your time away as unnoticed as possible by your pets.
Living in a small home with 2 dogs of my own I can't offer boarding or day care. 

Being a mum of our one and only precious tuxedo cat - Momo, our family has always wanted a sibling for Momo. Unfortunately, Momo is an anxious furbaby who might not adapt well to a multi-cat family, so I have decided to channel my passion into cat sitting.&nbsp;
Yes I am NEW to Pawshake however not new to cat sitting nor caring for cats.  I look after my friends' two cats when they are away for holidays. I also had two adorable cats growing up therefore I understand how important cats are to hooman! I hope to be as FLEXIBLE as I can and learn the best ways to care for cats (so I know what's best for Momo as well!)
I offer home visit to houses to care for and play with your cats, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your needs. I am able to visit the cats either in the morning or evening after work on weekdays. Flexible on weekends and I'll discuss the feeding time with you piror to your booking to ensure we both meet each other's expectations.&nbsp;
I also have experience in medication administration for cats - both pills and liquid. Meet and greet is a MUST if your furbaby requires medication so I can observe and make sure i'm feeding them in the safest ways they are comfortable with.&nbsp;

Since childhood, I've always been passionate about pets. I grew up with 2 dogs, Mike and Bob, and I also always admired my grandma's care for her bird. Living with them taught me the importance of love and care for our furry friends. The opportunity to be a pet sitter is a dream come true for me, as it allows me to be in daily contact with these lovely creatures. I have been a dog parent for years and completely understand the importance of a pet in an owner's life. Pets only understand the language of love and I have seen it when I was petting my own or was baby sitting my friends' or neighbours' pets.&nbsp;
Though coming from an IT background, I realized it at the age of 40, what my real passion was. I want to spend time and get and give unconditional love from these species who communicate loud without words. A family who's passionate for dogs, we all are looking forward to welcome your fur baby with open arms. For the comfort of the pet, I am absolutely fine visiting the owner's home. My home is equipped with a gated backyard providing enough space for the pet to walk around and at the same time have open parks in less than 100meters range to go for long walks.&nbsp;
Dogs need space and it's best for them to run and develop their muscle strength. I am happy and comfortable to take them to leash walks in nearby parks and have them interact with their friends. While it's fun to play with them, but it's equally important to get them to a routine of play, eat and sleep. I believe in working with the owners to understand their patterns and likes/dislikes so they can be taken care of well. In totality, I have about 3-4 years of experience living and loving pets, but that has changed my overall perspective towards life and humanity in general.&nbsp;
