"Karol is an amazing sitter. I think sometimes Ron is happier when Karol is at home in lui of me.
We had a small issue with the enterance to the building and I was not contactable. Karol took it upon herself to speak with the neighbors in the building to get access to the building and my apartment to take care of Ron.
This is over and above what was required. 5 stars A plus. Thankyou Karol. "
