"Gisela is an incredible cat sitter! She sent us daily updates and photos which kept us reassured the whole time we were away. From the start, her communication was prompt and we were able to easily arrange for meet-ups and key collection. She went above and beyond to care for our cat Riggi and he warmed up to her very well. "I cannot recommend Melissa enough! She recently took care of my fur babies, Odette and Othello, while I was away on vacation, and I was absolutely thrilled with the care she provided. From the moment she met them, it was clear that she had a deep love and understanding of animals. She was incredibly patient with them, especially with Odette, who can be really scared of new people, and took the time to get to know them and understand their individual needs. While I was away, Melissa sent me regular updates and pictures, which were such a comfort and reassurance. It was clear that both Odette and Othello were happy and relaxed in her care, and I felt completely at ease knowing that they were in such good hands.
