Hi, I would love to care for your dog &amp;/or cat in the comfort of their own home. Have lots of experience and success with fearful/ anxious/ hyper animals &amp; continue learning about the latest science of best practice in animal care, such as: cortisol (stress hormone) can remain present up to 72 hrs after event. This fact can help plan events around pet to reduce stress and avoid trigger stacking,e.g. when going away, don't take pet to vets the day before departure.Have love and respect of all animals having been raised on acreage with horses, sheep, ducks, dogs and cats. Home visit - $30: 30 mins / $40: 60 mins
Dogs: Walking around their neighbourhood, providing stimulating adventures that can include: nose work / enrichment/ training/ and urban agility which is fantastic in building confidence for the reserved &amp; fearful pups. If dogs need brushing, can do as there's a correct &amp; incorrect way to use a slicker brush.

My focus is to enrich the lives of the animals we share our homes with by understanding what their behaviours reveal.  Cats and dogs will 'act out' when under stress which can be due to a number of factors and can include simple things: where does pet sleep; how many fresh water bowls are available. They will often show behaviours that most people are unaware are signs of stress. This can include: hyper activity; inappropriate toileting; aggression; incessant barking; extinguished behaviours that return. Can also address fear phobias and concerning reactivity. My practical and theoretical knowledge has informed an holistic approach to helping you and your animal overcome the stress. Can recommend how to have a cat friendly purrfect home to satisfy cats needs and welfare.The consultation involves  2 hour  home visit listening to your concerns and assessing the dogs/ cat behaviour. We will create a practical action plan to work towards resolving the issue.  If required, ongoing contact to ensure success. $100 all inclusive




Well, there are several reasons why I want to be your pet sitter. To state the obvious I love animals and enjoy spending time with them my favourite animal is rather peculiar... I love cows however, I don't discriminate I love all animals! I have experience with dogs the most but I have also worked with cats too. I want to be a pet sitter/walker because I like the flexibility and fullness this job comes with, I am quite active so being able to get paid to go on hikes with dogos and hang out all day with furbabies is a dream job, I am currently awaiting my enlistment date to join the Airforce, meaning I have a lot of flexibility on timings. I have two Black Labradors of my own (Ellie &amp; Payton) and two blue tongue lizards (Zasper &amp; Bonzo), being a pet owner myself I understand you wouldn't just want anyone looking after your babies so feel free to reach out and ask any questions :) 
Dog walks will be at least 30 minutes, if weather is bad we can sort something out on the day. If there's nature reserve or a hike near by and the dogos are competent enough to take the path we can or even take them to a near by oval or dog park to play with them :)
Home visits will be as long as the owner would like and i am more than happy to water plants, minor cleaning/washing etc. same goes for house sitting, also happy to work out/compromise anything with owner too.
My availability is relatively good can work really any time needed :)

Hello! I am Pranami, a PhD scholar studying marine bacteria at ANU, Canberra. I have recently moved to Australia and I am experienced in taking care of kittens, puppies and older cats and dogs, of all sizes, big and small and also bunnies. I can give baths, trim nails, clean ears, if and when needed. I love teaching tricks to dogs, both indoor and outdoor and also love playing with them. I especially like playing seek with my dogs (I have 3, one German Shepherd and two Indian rescues), where they would be seeking me or any of their favorite toys. It's an easy indoor game to teach and dogs love it once they get the hang of it. As for cats, I know they love their "me-time" and I give them what they need. With my cats, they've always been cuddlers, so I usually would walk around or sit with them on my lap. One of my recent cats loved to show affection by play-biting. And that's pretty much all she would do when we hang out. I make some DIY string toys for them to play with and that keeps them occupied for most of the time. I can also give medicines to both dogs and cats.
I am experienced with pet sitting in different places around the world like California, Beijing, Bangalore, to name a few. I update my clients with photos/videos or calls if they prefer that, atleast twice a day. Pet sitting for me is more out of my ardent love of animals rather than just a job. Due to my flexible schedule, I am available any time of the day, all days a week to look after your furry friends while you are away. Spending quality time with animals for me is more like a therapy and I absolutely love doing that.
