"Troy has been a godsend to us. From the get go, he was so accommodating and maintained great communication. Our cats who are normally quite aloof, warmed up to him immediately. We were so happy with the way he left our place. The kitty litter was clean and the surrounding was vacuumed. Our fish were well fed and plants were thriving. We can’t thank Troy enough for all the help he has provided us. He has certainly gone over and above with what was required of him. Troy is trustworthy and can be taken for his word. We will definitely book him again."

Charlie kept us informed with clear, friendly, consistent communication, followed the instructions I left to a T. Charlie went above and beyond, and even came up with potential solutions for some curveballs that came up during their care. Most importantly, my pets enjoyed her company! "Geoffrey came over to look after Maple at my place and honestly it could not have gone better. Maple was super comfortable with him and it showed. I loved getting the updates and photos, and it was clear he actually paid attention to her routine and personality, not just the basics. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog was the biggest green flag. It is such a relief finding someone you trust both in your home and with your dog. Would 100% book again and highly recommend."
