"One of the most impressive aspects of Tom's service was their excellent communication. They kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which provided immense peace of mind while I was away. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally, demonstrating their commitment to providing top-notch service. Tom showed remarkable attention to detail in every aspect of caring for my cat. They followed all of my instructions meticulously, ensuring my cat's dietary needs were met and any preferences or were catered to. I never once worried about my cat's well-being under their care.
Thank you, Tom for providing such outstanding care to my furry companion!"

"Ariadna looked after our 18 year old cat for just over three weeks. She came for a visit ahead of time to meet the cat and understand the environment and allow me to explain all the logistics. During the care, she would send me regular updates on how our cat was going. Ariadna did not just simply feed the cat and cleaned the litter, but also spend time with the cat, played with her, and gave her some company during the time we were away. This was particularly important to me given the age of our cat and the extreme temperatures in Melbourne while we were away. I would definitely rely Ariadna again in the future and recommend her!"
