"Hands down the best pet sitter ever!I cannot recommend Aiye enough! She watched our four furbabies—our two big dogs (Anika and Bentley) and our two cats (Kobi and Aki)—from July 15th to 21st while we were away in Bali for our wedding.
Leaving our pets for a trip that huge was super stressful, but Aiye gave me complete peace of mind. She sent photos and videos every single day, was always super easy to reach, and answered any texts right away. Seeing those updates while away was such a massive relief.From our very first meetup, all four of our pets clicked with her instantly. She genuinely loved them, picked up on their little personalities right away, and catered to their every need.She followed our routine to a T! Managing our setup isn't simple. Our dogs are outdoors only and our cats are strictly indoors. She handled feeding perfectly, keeping our big food-thief Anika over in the car porch area while Bentley got to take his sweet time eating on the decking. She also looked after the cats' feeder, water, and litter without missing a beat. Aiye goes SO far above and beyond. At one point, our youngest cat Aki decided to hide behind the TV. Aiye spent her entire visit searching for him to make sure he was okay. I literally told her she could go home and I’d just check our indoor cameras later to see when he came out, but she refused to leave until she actually found him herself! She left the house absolutely spotless. We adore her and her husband so much that we told them to help themselves to drinks and snacks and kick back with the TV while visiting.To be honest, I trust her with my pets when I don't even feel comfortable leaving them with family (besides my sister!). I will 100% be hiring her every single time we travel from now on. You truly couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with your animals!"

"Seeun was an exceptional cat sitter. She is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring, and took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, with daily visits over three weeks.
She was always reliable and communicated consistently, sending us plenty of photos and updates each day. Luna quickly became comfortable with Seeun and clearly loved the attention and care she received. Seeing their photos together gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
When we returned, Luna was happy and well cared for, and our home was spotless. We’re so grateful to have found Seeun, and we’ve already rebooked her for our next trip. We highly recommend Seeun to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter."

"Donna-Marie was an AMAZING catsitter. She took care of our cats for a week and we couldn't have imagined someone better for our quite shy babies. She doesn't only show up to take care of your cats' basic necessities (food, water, litter)- she goes above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable in her care. We really saw how much time and energy she put into every one of her visits, taking time to play with them, talk to them, and earn her trust. We received lots of pictures and videos every single day which put us at ease as we've never been away from them for this long. I could not recommend her higher for anyone who is in need of cat care!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter for our two cats, Ash and Misha! From the moment we met, it was clear they were in caring, capable hands.Danielle took the time to understand each of their personalities—Misha being the more playful one and Ash a bit more reserved—and gave them both exactly the attention they needed.

"Marion was an amazing pet sitter for my two cats. She was meticulous in her desire to keep them happy and well looked after. She sent regular photos and updates of them which made me feel so relaxed about their welfare while I was away. Lots of tummy rubs and cuddles and varying their food made for a seamless experience for myself and especially Harley and Maisie. Marion even made sure the feeding area and litter trays were as she found them.
I highly recommend Marion for peace of mind when requiring an expert pet minder.

"Marion was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our four bunnies while we were overseas. My partner and I were quite nervous about leaving them behind, but Marion instantly put us at ease with her excellent communication and regular photo updates. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive especially on hot days in Melbourne keeping us informed and making sure our apartment stayed cool and comfortable for the rabbits. "We had such a great experience with Letitia looking after our two cats, Yuki and Rio! ❤️
This was our first time having someone come into our home to look after them while we were away, so we were a little nervous, but Letitia made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.
She visited twice every day and sent us so many updates, photos and videos, which we really appreciated. It was so nice being able to see the cats, know how they were doing and have that peace of mind while we were away.
She also went above and beyond when the cats had a little accident in the house and cleaned everything up for us without any fuss. It was really reassuring knowing that she was not only looking after Yuki and Rio, but also taking care of our home.
Both cats seemed really happy and comfortable when we got back, and it was clear they had been getting plenty of attention and care.
We’re really grateful to Letitia for taking such great care of our cats and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and trustworthy sitter. We’ll definitely be booking her again! 🥰"

"To say Elena is one of the best is an understatement. She simply IS the best. I discovered Paw Shake and by extension Elena’s outstanding reviews when looking
for at-home cat feeding/care while I was overseas for 2.5 weeks. After contacting her through the site, Elena promptly replied and we soon set up a first meeting to see my cat's environment and for us all to meet each other. Elena is a gentle and kind person. As a mother-mother and a cat mother herself, as well as someone who works in childcare, she has the best qualities for this job. However she exceeded my expectations on every level. She visited daily while I was away, not only feeding and cleaning feeding bowls etc, but she played with, entertained, cleaned out the litter. But then also took the time to write detailed reports supported by numerous photos and videos. The time she spent made my cat happy, stimulated and allowed her to remain in a perfect routine. I wholeheartedly trust Elena in my home, and to look after anyone's pet. I encourage you, if you are reading this review, to book Elena now, especially so if you are a cat owner. I'll be forever grateful of the care, time and love she has given my darling cat. If I could give her an 11 out of 10 rating, I would!"
