"Jean looked after our two cats while we were away. She attended twice a day and followed detailed instructions and cared for our fur babies as required. She kept us updated throughout our trip with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind knowing that Milo and Autumn were happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear that she took the time to get to know their personalities and made sure they were comfortable and received plenty of attention.
