"Melanie is a fantastic cat-mum. My trio of high-needs floofs were very well looked after. I received photos, videos and updates every day and I could see how happy and calm my cats were in her company. Mel went above and beyond give them expert care and special love and attention. "We have never seen our three babies (a dog and two cats) more relaxed after being left with a sitter. Annie really treats her charges as if they were her own, with gentleness and care. We received photo updates and notes, especially about our little female scaredy cat. By the end of their time together, she was greeting Annie instead of hiding like she usually does. I highly recommend Annie to care for your precious ones."

"My husband and I had Ruby take care of our fluffy rescue cat, Snuggles, 2 x a day over a 10 day period approximately. We have been extremely appreciative of her care for Snuggles over this time. She would always update us, send photos, and contact us when she had any questions or concerns such as when Snuggles vomited one time and on an extra hot day appeared overheated. At this time she took particular care to meet Snuggle's needs and we arrived home to a well-groomed, peaceful and happy cat:) My husband and I highly recommend Ruby to take care of any of your animals such as cats, dogs or any other sort! "

"What a Gem! Ivy is the first cat sitter I have ever used and I could not have asked for a better experience - for me and my cats. Ivy was punctual, courteous and she is an excellent communicator. She took excellent care of Freddie & Hugo and is clearly a cat lover. She sent regular updates and photos which were greatly reassuring. The upshot if all this excellent care: I had the distinct impression that I hadn't even been missed, lol. I would certainly engage Ivy again and unreservedly recommend her services."

"I recommend Nicola, she is amazing with cats. She visited my cats daily at home and they both adored her. When I cam home it was like I was never away. The cats were well fed, cared for, played with and loved. Nicola was great with managing the special diet for one of my cats and he continued to get healthier during my holiday! I got kitty updates to stay in touch with things at home and Nicola was able to add additional time when I needed to extend the home visits. Nicola can be trusted with you babies and will care for them like her own."

"Olivia was so incredible I couldn't recommend her enough! It was our first time leaving our cat alone and we were quite worried but we came home to our cat being so calm, content and purring. Olivia was very prompt with responses, sent us update photos and took perfect care of our cat while we were away. I wrote an extensive list of things to make sure was completed correctly and every single one of them was done perfectly! My cat also warmed up to Olivia really quickly and you can tell that she is really good around animals, that they are naturally drawn towards her. I would definitely trust Olivia with my cat again. She is so caring and professional and will make sure that all your pets requirements are met perfectly so that you're back to a happy and satisfied pet! She also ensured that our doors and gates were all locked properly so we could rest assured that our house was safe. Olivia really goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her!"

"I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
