"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.
Jessie is an absolute gem of a pet sitter, and we will definitely be utilising her services again for future trips. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. I couldn't possibly recommend her highly enough!"

"Belle looked after our kitten for two weeks while we were away, and we honestly could not have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely calm and reassured that our baby was safe, loved, and well cared for.
We came home to a happy, relaxed, and incredibly affectionate kitten - honestly the most cuddly and loving we’ve ever seen her. It was so clear that Belle spent genuine time with her and took amazing care of her emotional wellbeing, not just the basics.
Our home was also left in perfect condition, and throughout the trip we felt very comfortable knowing everything was under control. Belle is kind, trustworthy, reliable, and clearly loves animals very much.

"Angie looked after our cat and fish while we were away for 2 weeks. We were very happy with the experience, and Angie even went out of her way to come back after one of her daily visits to collect a package for us! Our cat got a lot of attention during the visits and was not as needy as usual when we returned. We also got great photos sent to us each day, which gave us peace of mind. "Janita was the perfect sitter for my 14 year old 'Nudge', the blue point ragdoll! He is an inside cat with an automatic feeder, but I can tell she loved checking on him and he was most content when I got back. She was responsive with messages, on time to meet and an experienced person with animals. She sent me updates and photos while I was away - which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book or recommend her again!"
