"Sam did an amazing job taking care of Rin! Rin is quite shy and an introvert, so I know it’s not an easy task to get her to come out of her room. I was so happy to see that Sam was able to make her feel comfortable and even coax her out. 😊
I also really appreciated the daily photo and video updates, along with the messages letting me know how Rin was doing. It gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
On top of that, Sam was able to accommodate my booking on short notice, which I was incredibly grateful for.
I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! 🐱💕"

"Tiffany was absolutely fantastic! We were away in Europe for a month and we received photo and message updates everyday. She was super polite and both of our cats were very well taken care of. She even went the extra mile to pick up supplies when things had run out. Tiffany brought us so much peace of mind with all her attentiveness. "Mandy looked after our cat for 6 weeks while we were on holidays. We had a great experience with her. She communicated with us several times and send photos and videos of our cat , from day 1, making sure that our cat is well throughout the period. There were also some unexpected situations regarding feeding, that Mandy handed very well in our absence. We would contact Mandy in future too, for cat sitting. We would like to rate 100% for her efficiency, punctuality, kindness to animals, communication and dedication to work. "Nikki is the best pet sitter we've used and we've had some great pet sitters. Nikki went above and beyond when one (or both?) of our cats had a spewing spree. Nikki cleaned and washed up the messes and kept us informed of how our kitties were. Nikki's communication was really great and her concern and care for our two cats was obvious. "Steph looked after our 2 cats, 3 chickens and goldfish for 10 days. We met up with Steph prior to our vacation. She was polite, respectful and very caring towards the needs of our pets. Steph did twice daily visits and provided updates and photos while we were away. She paid close attention to the wellbeing of our pets and reported a minor eye irritation of one of the cats which she easily resolved. Steph followed all instructions left and all pet areas were kept clean. I would highly recommend Steph as a thorough and caring pet minder. "
